Villa Virginia a wonderful villa built on the beginning of century and completely restored in 2008, The villa faces directly on the lake immersed in a wonderful garden. Perfect location just few km from Cernobbio and only 7 from Como!! There is as well a bus stop 150 meters from the villa and also a pier for the ferry at 400 meters away. This makes the villa the perfect starting point to visit the beauty of Como Lake, all the services, shops and restaurant are within walking distance.
The villa has a private swimming pool 10x4 mt. depth 1,5 mt. with roman steps to walk in, there is also a Jacuzzi for 6 people and both faces a wonderful lake view! From this area, there is also a direct access to the lake from the villa's private dock, guests can use a rental boat or water-taxis to visit the charming villages of Lake Como as Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo.
The garden has also an equipped area with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals with amazing lake view.
Guests with walking difficulties note that the parking area, good enough for 4 cars, is not on the same level as the villa entrance. The underpass has approximately 10 steps.
The part of the Lake from Como to Tremezzo is a sophisticated resort, here you come for the scenery, for shopping, breathing the luxury, enjoying the views from the stylish restaurants and cafés. Villa Virginia develops in three floors and a basement and is about 600 square meters,
Ground floor: large dining room with a fireplace, a door opens to a panoramic terrace, spacious and very bright living room equipped with elegant sofas, a Satellite Plasma TV, and direct access to a terrace with stunning lake view. Fully equipped kitchen with a five-burner stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, etc. a second fully equipped kitchen with BBQ; 40 types of wine and champagne available for purchase, and a separate refrigerator for beer (4 types), one bathroom with shower.
First floor: there are 4 double bedrooms all with a wonderful lake view. One marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub; One marble bathroom with tub; One large bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi claw-foot tub and separate stall shower with steam and water massage; One bathroom with hydro massage shower.
Top floor (no lake view from this floor): One large king bedroom (can't be separated) with adjoining single bed, TV, and wardrobe; Three twin bedrooms (beds cannot be joined); Large bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub; One bathroom with shower.
Basement: Wine cellar, with additional wines to purchase as well as olive oil and salami, and a tasting area with sofas; Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Between 7.00 pm and Midnight for an extra fee of 50 Euro
Between Midnight and 6.00 am for an extra fee of 100 Euro

Security deposit (Refundable):
2000,00 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
