The Flat has is part of the Acapulco Residence, in the heart of Porto Santa Margherita, close to Caorle.
The Residence has 2 very nice and just renovated swimming pools for adults and kids
The position of the flat is with the sun in the morning to avoid hot weather in the afternoon and for this reason the temperature is always quite nice and comfortable, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the nice terrace every day.
The living room, bathroom and kitchen have just been renovated, as well as the windows.
Tv, fridge and air conditions have been installed this year, so they are pretty new.
