This wonderful villa for families or groups of friends, recently renovated, is located within the residential village "Chamaerops" between Marina di Ragusa and Playa Grande. The golden beaches of the Iblea coast are within easy reach, about one kilometer away.

DESCRIPTION
The modern style and the large panoramic windows enhance the brightness of the rooms.
The interior of the villa consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room with large windows.
The villa is surrounded by a large veranda, and it is possible to eat and relax outside with plenty of shade. The outdoor bar and barbecue area, and the garden furniture make Villa Pietrabianca even more appealing for those who like to enjoy the company of family and friends in an exclusive environment.
The garden is refined with tropical plants and lawn. The beautiful swimming pool is an excellent alternative for days when the beaches are more crowded or simply for the lovers of comfort, with the opportunity to sunbathe in peace on comfortable beds by the pool.

Very nice villa, heated pool would make it perfect !

Everything went very smoothly from A to Z, especially from the moment on when SILVIA became our contact person, because she was able to communicate in English and/or German. We really enjoyed the villa and the m a n y outdoor seating areas. The pool is certainly a dream in summer but in spring and autumn it's a little bit chilly, since it can not be heated. WIFI is nowadays essential, and it's really very good --> nice to know ! Tip : you can rent the villa for one family and no strangers will be staying in the second villa at the same time, OR you can book the 2 villas for 2 families (friends and/or relatives), each family has thus its privacy (kitchen/bathrooms) but can also share the common outdoor space (pool, barbecue). I really love the concept, it's great ! We can fairly recommend the Villa Pietrabianca !

Fantastic welcome from local agent, check in process was excellent. We couldn't fault the villa and facilities... The outside space was perfect and much bigger than the pics show.... One really useful extra bit of info, the TV's in each bedroom are Smart TV's and enabled us to use our Amazon / Netflix logins to get english speaking cartoons / movies .. I realise holidays are to get away from all this, but the kids loved it and a good way to to lure them out of the pool/sun during the hottest time of the day & into the cooled a/c .... !

Beautiful and very spacious villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It was so nice we didn’t want to leave particularly the amazing pool. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The outside area is very spacious with a lot of different seating. The nearest town is about 2 miles away so a car is essential.

Really nice and large outdoor area

We spend a week in this nice house where we really enjoyed the large pool and a both large and well functioning outdoor area. An efficient climate system can cool the house in a few minutes time. You are close to beaches as well as interesting old cities like Scicly, Ragusa and Modica where you also find good restaurants.

Stunning, peaceful get away

The villa was amazing. The pool and outside space is beautiful. It is just as the photos show. We had such a laid back and relaxing time. You will need a car as it isn't close to any bars, restaurants or shops but that is the only downside.
