It consists of three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular living room overlooking the pool and the sea.The villa is perfect for children. The whole villa has ground floor only. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom has a smaller double bed (140 x 200) and a bunk bed. The living area is combined with a dining area overlooking the covered terrace from one side and the pool on the other side.

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Das eine oder andere sollte vielleicht mal renoviert werden, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Vacanza tranquilla per chi vuole rigenerarsi

La villa dista 15 minuti circa in auto dalla spiaggia e da Porec, ci sono tutte le comodità comprese le spiagge attrezzate, i nostri pet sono ammessi praticamente in quasi tutte le spiagge. Tutto bello la casa era pulita e accessoriata di tutto e anche di più la piscina bella e pulita, la sera essendo fuori dal paese l'aria è fresca e si riposa bene. Consiglio all'agenzia di accogliere gli ospiti nella strada adiacente la villa, questo perché è difficile trovarla, c'è una stradina che però non ha indirizzo, il riferimento è una lavanderia con una scritta viola, sul cancello della villa non è esposto il numero civico, ho dovuto chiamare l'agenzia seduta stante perché non trovavo nessuna indicazione esterna, consiglio vivamente all'agenzia di essere più disponibile con i turisti soprattutto quelli che non parlano la loro lingua perché non ci sono indicazioni ed è difficoltoso muoversi, all'inizio sarebbe perfetto dessero la loro disponibilità almeno per all'arrivo.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit sieben Personen in der Villa Dany. Der Pool ist großartig und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Auch bei heißen Temperaturen gibt es schattige Plätzchen und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein gutes Restaurant. In ca 15 min ist man am Strand in Porec

Sehr schöner Urlaub…

Super schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage mit traumhaft schöner Aussicht zum Meer. Der Pool und die Größe waren genial. Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind leider das einzige was für uns nicht ganz so optimal war, diese sind sehr hart und gefühlt sehr instabil. Trotz allem würden wir dem Haus 99 Prozent Bewertung geben und dieses auch wieder buchen!!!

Istrien ist immer wieder eine Reise Wert

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Lage, prima Pool, schöner Meerblick. Nicht gut waren die Betten und das elektrische Einfahrtstor. Bei Stromausfall konnten wir mit dem Auto nicht raus!

Tolles Haus für Familie und enge Freunde

Angenehmes Haus mit einem umwerfenden Pool. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Es passt für Freunde und Familie, die sich sehr nah stehen. Denn man ist schon sehr eng beieinander. Ein Badezimmer für alle. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein. Hier können die Kinder wirklich nur schlafen. Was ja vor allem im Sommer auch kein Problem ist. Die Schlafzimmer für die Erwachsenen bieten ein wenig mehr Platz. Allerdings muss man sich entscheiden: entweder nachts Türen zu und Fenster auf, was sehr warm sein kann. Oder: Zimmertüren auf und Klimaanlage an. Die gibt es nämlich nur im Flur oder im Wohnzimmer. Das funktioniert, weil man normalerweise ohnehin den ganzen Tag draußen verbringt. Am Pool oder am Meer. WLAN ok, Küche gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe ein Minimarkt mit viel mehr drin, als Mary Poppins in ihrer Tasche hat ;-). Sehr empfehlenswert ist der kleine Familienbetrieb, der hier sein Olivenöl verkauft. Man kann alles verkosten und die Plantage besuchen. Toller Platz für einen schönen Sommerurlaub

Fantastiskt hus med bra läge

Jag och min familj bestående av två barn 7 och 3 tillsammans med oss stortrivdes. Ett jättehärligt hus med perfekt avstånd till strand, aktiviteter och matbutiker. Jättehärligt värdar som var lätta att få tag på. Vi ger boendet full pott.
