Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this area and in particular Durham City, although to avoid the congestion and parking difficulties chose Langley Park.
Langley Park is a quiet village with all the amenities you could wish for. Only 5 minutes from Durham center and less than 10 minutes to the Cathedral this is just a perfect location.

What makes this property unique
Langley Park offers every convenience but has never lost its charm and village feel. Apart from Durham City there are so many other features in the area. For children, Diggerland is here, for families there is golf, fishing wonderful walks, cycling, horse riding, restaurants and much more.
If you travel within 30 minutes there are steam railways, Beamish living museum, both Newcastle and Sunderland plus so much more.
