This bright and cozy house west of the 5 has everything you need to enjoy the city of Solana Beach. The backyard is fully fenced offering an area for your dogs to roam safely. It also has a large deck where you can enjoy watching the pretty sunsets.
Inside the home you will enjoy an open concept living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the property through the front door leading you to the LR and Kitchen. To the far right, there is a small TV room with a sofa which can be used as a separate office. The laundry room is adjacent to this room. The house has one primary bedroom and two other bedrooms that share a small bathroom. Primary bedroom faces the front with a king bed, second bedroom faces the patio with a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed with a glass sliding door which leads you to the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced but, on a hill, so there are steps in case you have older dogs.
From the LR and kitchen, you have a glass door that leads you into a patio where there is a small sitting area and a grill. A few steps ahead will lead you into a nice size, shaded deck where there is a dining table with built in benches.
The property will make your stay comfortable and convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of fresh linens. House has a mini split wall unit in the LR that heats and cools the main area of the house. It does not have central air. House is equipped with fiber optic internet allowing faster internet speeds. There is one parking spot in the driveway and an additional spot below the driveway.
Our booking calendar is only open 9 months in advance to avoid early bookings that may cancel halfway through.

are less than a mile away)
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
*This home is in a quiet family neighborhood and suited for quieter mature groups. Families are welcome though.
*We personally manage and often stay at this home paying attention to every small detail.
*We are always adding touches and updating decor to make it better. Furniture in pictures might be slightly different.
* We prefer to book full months (from the 1st to the last of the month). Anything different is subject to review even through instant-booking.
*This property backyard backs on to a second home we built in the same lot. Both houses are fenced and completely independent from each other with separate entrances. Only shared area is the driveway.
*Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property including outside areas.
*No garage, but assigned parking in the driveway and spots below. Special arrangements need to be made if bringing more than two cars.
*We are one of the few houses in Solana Beach that accepts dogs. We expect our tenants to keep up with pet hair and maintain a certain level of cleaning. Our pet rules are attached. Please make sure you read and understand them well.
* House has a mini split AC/Heat unit in the LR that cools the living area. Every BR has a ceiling fan.
*You are in a beach community where houses are close to each other, noise travels easy.
*Beach is about a 15/20 min. walk downhill

Why they chose this property
This is a house, not a condo. You get to enjoy a small patio and large deck where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. House sits in a quiet cul de sac so we appreciate pets who are well behaved so not to disturb neighbors. You will be sharing a parking spot in the driveway with our other tenant. This is a large lot which allowed us to built a small house in the back of this rental . Both houses are completely independent from each other and fully fenced. In addition, there are two other parking spots below the driveway at street level. One spot fits 2 SUVs and the other spot fits 1 SUV.
What makes this property unique
This home was completely remodeled. We take a lot of pride in our property so we put a lot of effort in making it a very comfortable and convenient home. The house has an open concept with plenty of storage. House is meticulously cleaned every time a guest leaves. We change our furniture and linens often so the colors and styles you see in the pictures may not be current. If anything, they will be newer. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and back deck. House is fenced in the back allowing for well behaved pets to roam around. However please keep in mind, you are still in a CA beach community built on a hill so noise travels quick and many of the houses in the neighborhood are close to each other . We don't have central air but we do have a mini split AC and Heat unit in the LR to keep a nice temperature in the main areas. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. We truly appreciate and respect our neighbors so we are careful when selecting tenants to try and keep it a nice and quiet cul de sac street. We've recently added ring security cameras to the property and a Tesla charger. 30 DAYS MINIMUM Rental. Property is priced very competitively for a 3 BR ,2 Bath house in Solana Beach. Rates are as listed based on 30 days minimum rental. No discounts provided.
