Beautiful villa

We had a lovely stay. The villa is quite large and comfortable, with a great kitchen for cooking and a beautiful pool. The host was kind and generous, leaving us freshly picked fruit. The location is a bit remote and navigating the small roads and blind turns is not for the faint of heart, but stunning ocean views make it well worth it.

Comfortable family house

The property was a little tired but very comfortable and Giovanni was extremely helpful and hospitable. We had a lovely time. It states in the listing that cable tv was available but it wasn’t connected. Overall highly recommend a stay there.

Holidays in Sicily

Excellent welcome at the villa, with good advices and reactive support to fix the gate. During our stay we endured high temperatures and hence we could enjoy the swimming pool and beach nearby. Close to nice villages and charms of sicilly at its best! We recommend highly.

Extrem freundlicher Hausbesitzer mit Tochter als Übersetzer. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb der Autobahn, sehr ruhig. Toller Pool. Oberes Bad etwas klein, bei schönem Wetter aber auch nicht nötig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche etwas knapp. Für Alle Kleinigkeiten ist der Dottore immer ansprechbar. Toipapier, Waschmittel etc, alles ausreichend vorhanden Kommen gerne wieder. Mille Grazie

Lovely villa with fantastic views

We have a great week at Villa Gemma. It was hot but the pool and the stunning views over the sea to mainland Italy made it a great place to laze around. The owner was lovely bringing us fresh Plums, Tomatoes and Basil - which our kids loved. We had a problem with the AC but the owner fixed it the next day - all without any fuss. We waited two years due to Covid - it was worth the wait! A great location for trips to Etna, Toarmina, etc. Local pizza restaurant was great - stunning views and a wide choice of pizza + a cold beer, heaven.

The perfect house and beautiful location

We can highly recommend the house. And the view over the sea and surrounding area is very very beautiful. Perfect location, quietly, and the huge terrace and pool area was overwhelming. Everything was over our expectations :-)

A lovely stay

We had a great time. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor space was a real highlight and we spent a huge amount of time relaxing outside. Our two year old absolutely loved playing in the pool. Gianni was a great host and even brought us fresh figs, eggs and lemons when we arrived.

Best holiday ever!

Where do I start?! An absolutely beautiful property with stunning sea views. Gianni and his daughter were incredibly helpful and went out of the way to make our stay as easy and special as possible. The villa itself was the perfect set up for a large family, with good sized room, the pool and terraces with panoramic views, table football, table tennis and and outdoor cooking and dining area. Location is outside of the busy tourist hotspots but close enough for easy visits. A five minute drive down to the fine pebble beach, with clean clear water and we never found it overcrowded. All absolutely perfect!

Maison familiale bien équipée

Maison sympathique, bien entretenue et avec une superbe vue. Propriétaires très sympathiques même s'ils ne parlent qu'Italien. L'Italien se parlant avec les mains, la compréhension est tout de même possible et le "dialogue" recherché par ceux-ci. Très bon séjour en résumé

We have just returned from Villa Gemma and throughly enjoyed our stay. The views are wonderful and there's everything you need at the villa. A car is necessary and the local beaches and restaurants are very good. We will hopefully return oneday. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing holiday.

De très bonnes vacances...

Excellent accueil, les photos sont conformes à la maison, que de bonnes surprises, très belle piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir au mois d’août, les chambres sont climatisées. Confortable et propre. Il ne manque rien à cette villa. Les enfants ont adoré le babyfoot et moi le tapis de running sur la terrasse . Il faut cependant prévoir un véhicule pour se déplacer...bon séjour en Sicile...
