The house is in a quiet street without trade but close nevertheless (50 / 100m) of the main places of life: marina, squares, shops.

Superbe et idéalement situé

Nous avon sejourner le temps d un we a saint florent ! L appartement est magnifique avec une tres belle vue. Il est idealement situe au pied de la citadelle. Et nous remercions chaleureusement Thierry pour son accueil.

Une petite perle cet appartement! idéalement situé, vous stationnez votre véhicule sur le parking en haut et plus besoin de voiture. tout à proximité. Appartement sécurisé avec une grille d'entrée. Fonctionnel avec une splendide terrasse et au calme. Thierry est un propriétaire sympathique. N'oubliez pas de lui demander de brancher le cumulus à votre arrivée!

Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist eine Wucht. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Marktplatz und am öffentlichen Parkplatz. Einziger Nachteil:wegen der Nähe zur Innenstadt wird es abends lauter, vor allem zum Wochenende hin.

Escapade Romantique à St Florent

L’apt est topissime, encore mieux en vrai. Idéalement placé dans la Citadelle il permet de tout faire à pied.le propriétaire est charmant et l’apt a été rénové avec goût et la terrasse vue mer est magnifique pour les repas. Bref, on a passé une excellente semaine 😎

Un sans faute

Un appartement plein de charme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer pour prendre les repas sur sa belle terrasse (magnifique couché de soleil) L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces, des bars à vins (d'ailleurs allez au bar à vin vu depuis la terrasse, ils est génial !) des restaurants et du port. Thierry, le propriétaire vous donnera ses bonnes adresses si besoin. Le parking gratuit à deux pas est un vrai plus. Bref, un sans faute pour passer une semaine ou plus dans le sympathique village de Saint Florent.

Authentic comfortable appartment in city centre

Even though the appartment is only 100m from the cosy city square, the location is quiet, parking is close and the view from the balcony is great; sunset every evening! Restaurants, bakery, shops and the marina are just around the corner. We felt part of Saint Florent! The appartment has all you need to cook your meals and even wash your clothes… The bathroom is small but the bed, bedroom and living area are comfortably big. The appartment is in a traditional house, with the old walls and wooden parts partly laid free; beautiful! We didn't bring towels, but Thierry provided immediately without discussion. Nice plus: useable "leftovers" from previous guests are left, like napkins, herbs, sugar, coffee filters, etc. Very recommendable!
