The home Red Trilo is on the ground floor of a 3 flat villa, in a small Residence made of three similar buildings, inside a private green park of 9000 m2, only 500 m from the center village of San Pantaleo.
Red Trilo's features (5 sleeps):
- Rooms and equipment: bedroom 1 with one double bed, bedroom 2 with 3 beds (one single bed and two bunk-type beds); bathroom 1 with water basin, toilet, bidet, shower; bathroom 2 with water basin and toilet; living room with dining and sitting side (TV set) and annexed open kitchen (gas cooking hob and oven, freezer-refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher). Overall internal surface: 65 m2.
The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, and the main cooking and cleaning equipment is supplied.
- Outside area and equipment: a) independent entrance gate; b) covered veranda (patio, 20 m2) and garden (120 m2) on the panoramic front; c) yard at the rear of the house for domestic services (washing machine, clothes-line set, external supplementary shower with warm water); d) reserved parking space in shaded car park inside the Residence grounds; e) natural park (5000 m2) reserved exclusively for the Residence.
- Air conditioning (summer/winter) in bedrooms and in the sitting-dining area.
- Radiators in the bathrooms and blankets in the bedrooms for use in colder seasons.
- Warm water from gas boiler.
- TV set.
Note.Two more beds are available in a dependence of Red Trilo: a mini apartment of over 40 m2 in the basement of the villa: a double bed-settee, armchairs, TV set, table and chairs, breakfast corner, bathroom with shower (option, supplement: please e-mail the owner for details).

Fantastic Property

Exactly as pictured in photos - actually, better. Check-in process was seamless. Very clean - inside and out. Communication with host was great. Nice short walk into central area of Pantaleo which is such a beautiful charming town with great bars and restaurants. We had a great stay !

Wonderful Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the garden was spectacular. The apartment had everything we could need and was walking distance from the center of the amazing San Pantaleo. Our host Fede was excellent and could not have been more helpful.

Property was as advertised and exactly what we wanted. Just a little outside of the bustle of local town but easily walkable. Lovely setting with gorgeous mountain views. Super location au très bel emplacement

Location conforme aux photos avec une vue extraordinaire, encore mieux en vrai ! Très bien équipée et place de parking privative ombragée, très appréciable. Le gérant nous a accueilli à plus de 23h sans surcoût, suffisamment rare pour le souligner. Je conseille fortement cette location où nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Schöne Urlaubswoche in traumhafter Umgebung!

Eigentlich ist mit dem Titel alles gesagt, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Eines hat uns jedoch nicht gefallen, anderen übrigens auch nicht. Die Wiese vor der Terrasse wird regelmäßig bewässert, auch zu Zeiten, wenn man noch auf der Terrasse ist. Wir hatten teilweise kräftigen Wind, der dann auch die Terrasse mit bewässert hat. Spielen auf der Wiese ist dadurch auch nicht möglich, z.B. wenn man mit Kindern reist. Auf die mehrfache Anfrage bei der Vermieterin, ob man die Bewässerungszeiten in die Nacht verlegen könnte, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Eine direkte Kommunikation war auch bei der Übergabe nicht möglich, da weder deutsch noch englisch gesprochen werden konnte. Eigentlich schade, wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Schöner Urlaub mit ein paar Mengel

Hallo , wir waren bis auf das kein Internet funktioniert( Wlan )und extrem viele Armeisen da waren sehr zufrieden . Zudem war der Rasen sehr schön anzusehen wie auf den Bildern aber man konnte ihn nicht nutzen da er Dauer feucht war und extrem viel Insekten anziehte ! Lg Michael

Super Unterkunft an der Costa Smeralda

Perfekte Unterkunft für uns: Gemütlich, viel Platz, tolle Aussicht, Haus geräumig und super ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine usw.). Strände der Cala di Volpe direkt in der Nähe. San Pantaleo ist ein gewachsener Ort mit viel Flair. Vermieterin sehr professionell und entgegenkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wonderful property

The house is located in a breathtaking setting, with an amazing view on the rocks that make this little town’s scenery unique. It is quiet, yet just a short walk away from the village. We had a wonderful week in Fiorella’s rental house. Lots of wonderful locations to visit around, including some amazing beaches, and a cozy little village to come back to enjoy dinner and stunning sunsets. I can not recommend this rental enough.

Ruhige Oase in schöner Lage

Objekt ist genau wie beschrieben, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, fantastischer Panoramablick auf die Berge, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Für jeden geeignet, der eine ruhige Lage in einem authentischen kleinen Ort sucht. Mit dem Auto kann man die Costa Smeralda von hier aus perfekt erkunden (alles in 15-30 Minuten erreichbar). Wohlfühl-Urlaub-rundherum

Herrliche Aussicht, tolle Wohnunglage, sehr gut ausgestattete FEWO. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub voll und ganz genießen. Das Essen im Freien, Spiele auf dem Rasenplatz, die Gastfreundschaft und die wundervolle Landschaft-wir sind begeistert und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten zu dritt mit unserem Sohn einen schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Heizung funktionierte, denn es war noch recht kühl, aber der wunderbare Blick beim Essen hat für das schlechte Wetter entschädigt. Magnifique location en excellent état et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La vue est superbe, l'environnement très calme. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. L'accueil est agréable, même un dimanche soir à une heure tardive (21h). La location est dans un ensemble fermé avec une place de parking privative et ombragée. Et le village de San Pantaleo dispose de commerces pour le courant. Notre seul regret : une météo inhabituellement froide et humide qui nous a empêché de profiter de l'immense terrasse équipée de table de jardin et de transat !!

My name is Fiorella: I am now a grandmother and I live between Rome and San Pantaleo.
I lived for about 20 years in Sardinia as a result of the work of my husband Vincenzo and I was very attached to this land of Sardinia that I find very beautiful and welcoming, especially the Gallura. I have two children and four grandchildren living in Rome, but they also come here often and willingly for their holidays.

Why they chose this property

My stays in these places are very pleasant not only in summer but in all seasons, and I gladly welcome relatives and friends in their holiday periods. But I do not always live here and in the free periods I gladly give space to international tourists to be able to know this original island and to enjoy pleasant periods of stay, with the nearby availability of a beautiful sea.

What makes this property unique

The rooms of Red Trilo are of excellent quality and comfort; the whole Residence is quiet and inside a green area, close to the lovely village of San Pantaleo, in a land, the Gallura region, of original landscapes, archeology, wonderful seas, international famous resorts, all in the nearby surroundings.
