This is a well presented holiday home, centrally located within the historic town walls and only a few minutes walk to Tenby's stunning sandy beaches and pretty harbour. Located on the bustling upper frog street, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from several excellent pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and Tenby’s indoor market where fresh produce and locally caught fish can be purchased daily.

The apartment is accessed by a single flight of stairs. The front door opens into a spacious entrance hall, adjacent to which there is a small, yet charming decked courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining and storing bikes, surfboards etc. The ground floor is a large, airy and modern open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining and living area with a separate bathroom. A feature spiral staircase leads to a large mezzanine bedroom, complete with exposed character ceiling beams and remote operated skylights.

The bedroom contains a king-size bed and a small double sofa bed. Downstairs the large sofa can be easily converted to a king-size bed. This gives flexibility for sleeping arrangements, therefore the apartment would suit a couple, a family or a group of friends. Ideally sleeping 2-4 but can squeeze up to 6. Sofa beds can be made up permanently with comfy mattress toppers and luxurious bedding if required. Please note because of the spiral staircase the property may be unsuitable for young children or for those with mobility problems.

Tenby can be easily accessed by car, rail or bus. The rail and coach station are both within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Stunning Tenby is situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and has plenty to offer. Beautiful beaches, coastal walks, boat trips, fishing, watersports, cycling, a top links golf course and much more. There is plenty of family activities available within Tenby, such as crabbing and exploring the lifeboat station. Further afield, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Oakwood Theme park, Heatherton World of Activities, Dinosaur Park and Anna’s Welsh Zoo are all within a 10 mile radius.
