Fantastic townhouse on the first line of sandy beach with 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people. The house is distributed on two floors. On the lower floor we find the bright living room with access to the covered terrace and private garden in completely private plot and direct access to one of the best sandy beaches in Denia. A single bedroom with bed of 90cm. 1 bathroom with shower. Well equipped kitchen with induction hob and all small appliances, exit to a second covered terrace with barbecue.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Uncovered terrace with open view.
The location is ideal to enjoy the beach without taking the car. Real distance 1 minute walk without crossing the road. The beach of great extension of fine sand has footbaths, beach bar and other services. Quiet and very pleasant place. Walking distance to some services such as cafes, restaurants, take-away food. Big supermarket at 600 metres

Comfortable & Relaxing.

The house is well equipped with everything you might need. The garden is private with a covered balcony & the parking at the rear of the building was a bonus! A comfortable & relaxing few days!

Emplacement privilégié mais absence de climatisation!!!

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Propreté moyenne. Très bon emplacement en bord de mer. Climatisation sur l'annonce et à l'arrivée seulement trois ventilateurs... Publicité mensongère???
