About this property

A ground floor 2 bed,sleep 6 apartment.
There are only 4 apartments using the communal staircase and the building backs on to farmland .
The furniture fittings of the property have been renewed August 2022, (please see photos,) with updates to a/c,TV and wi-fi .
The apartment has an open plan lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen including washing machine which lead to 2 bedrooms and single bathrooms.
The bedrooms have 2 single beds so no issues if friends are sharing a room or if "partners" are restless sleepers and disturb each other!
Sun patios to both front and rear allows breakfast in the sun on the rear patio and then as the sun moves afternoon drinks to the frontage ,with front garden area.
Apartment situated on development of Quesada which is multi national with many supermarkets /restaurants and bars. On the development is La Marquesa golf course.
The nearest beach is 8 km of white sand at Guardamar del Segura which is a leisurely 10 minute drive away.

Lovely apartment

It was so clean, easy walk to shops and bars , everything you need in the apartment, pool lovely, no complaints at all would stay agar.

Leuk appartement, basic maar netjes. Geen WiFi en airco. Fijn zwembad en ideale terrassen. Telefonisch contact is lastig ivm slechte dekking. Goede uitvalsbasis om omgeving te verkennen, wel een auto nodig.

Why they chose this property

This apartment in one of only 4 dwellings using the same staircase and general entrance area and thus is not over used! A very short walk to communal pool is ideal and the closeness is ideal to supervise those who may not be the "best of swimmers."In that the block is in a "gated" residential area ensure minimum of nuisance and ensures the area remains of a high standard. The development has good supermarket provision for self catering accommodation with ample facility for "eating out."The development has good health care provision so ideal when "one" is away from the comfort of home surroundings. For those who seek activity whilst on holiday a golf course located on the same development with a variety of other sports close by is so beneficial.
