Beautiful house

Was very impressed with this house. Had many extra amenities, like family games, pool toys, and starter detergent, etc. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Villa Oasis. It is a beautiful home with everything you need and close to Disney

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent time here. The host for the Villa was amazing. They communicated everything and was very easy to get ahold of before our stay and during if needed. They worked with us on our special request. The house was definitely what the pictures show. It was nice and roomy for our family. There was lots of things to do for our family especially on a rainy day. The hosts made us feel like home. Will definitely stay there again on our next vacation in Florida.

Couples vacation

This was a great location. Owners made the process easy and property was exactly as listed. The backyard gives lots of privacy for the pool and great area to enjoyed evenings sitting outside with the outdoor tv. The resort facilities are east to use and the community as whole seemed quiet and very safe. We were just a couple but I would easily bring 3 families to this house! Definitely recommend this property.

Property is Outstanding!

We took a family vacation to Orlando in early March and the property was the perfect fit for our stay. Not only is the home well kept, clean, and gorgeous, there is plenty of room and the outdoor patio area is superb. There were some issues with the pool heating, so unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our personal pool, however, no need to fret because the complex pool and amenities were within in walking distance and where we ended up spending almost all our time. Not to mention the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee run to Dunkin Donuts, etc. less than 10mins away. We will defiantly be going back and would highly recommend this property to a family/families looking for a home to stay.

Absolutely fantastic!

This property is by far the best we have ever stayed at! The check in and out process was effortless and the home was in immaculate condition and beautifully decorated. We are a family of five so we were able to relax in the comfort of our own areas and gather together for meals, conversation, game room fun and pool time. The outside pool area is amazing! Very private and a wonderful relaxing spot to cool down after a long day at Disney and Universal. Solterra Resort is a beautiful well maintained area. It is close to a local grocery store and restaurants. We took advantage of the on site gym and lazy river pool areas. We also liked the fact that there was a cafe for a cool drink and a burger so you didn’t have to leave the property, I would highly recommend this property and when we return to Orlando this is where we will call our destination!

Perfect Stay!

We booked this house for a family vacation and it was beyond our expectations! We had great communication with the owners from the beginning and they continued their communication after our trip. The home is tastefully decorated and well organized. Every bedroom has its own TV and Hulu access. There is plenty of closet (including hangers) and dresser space for your belongings. There is a nice collection of books and a few games as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a blender, and has nice dinnerware for outside dining. The rec room is the perfect escape for the rainy days! Be sure to check out the clubhouse. The lazy river and pool will not disappoint. There is even a cafe that you can order food and drinks. Go early if you can to get a cabana, the pool area fills up fast! We came to Florida for Disney, but our kids would have rathered stay at the house to swim!

Lovely, well-appointed home

The decision to stay off property for our Disney vacation wasn’t an easy one but this home made it a great decision. It truly is only about 20 minutes from the parks in good traffic. The owners/management team were prompt with all communication and the check out process was a breeze. Our deposit was refunded the day we left. I was very impressed with how clean it was on our arrival. Basics such as toilet paper were plentiful for the week but you’ll need to stock up on body/hand soap if staying that long. I would imagine it depends on who left what behind before your stay; we had a little extra dishwasher detergent but needed to buy dish soap and laundry detergent. It was great having our own pool; the spa heats up gradually once turned on and that was lovely too. However, there was a large family in residence next door and when we were both home, it was like swimming together with a privacy screen door between us. It was also really loud at night; we could hear them through the living room/master bedroom walls and I don’t think they were being particularly loud; it’s just not good sound-proofing in the construction. Great to not have back neighbors due to the preserve nor neighbors on the other side as it’s an empty lot on that side currently. The pool alarm is an absolute pain in the rear end but there’s no getting around that! The resort pool/lazy river are fine. Recirculated water so there is a sign not to swallow the water which hopefully my kids obeyed? The fitness room was nice. There is a small bar/cafe which will meet your poolside snacking needs as you can’t bring your own in. Plenty of towels for a family of five but plan on laundry if you are filling the house with people. You can easily accommodate two families in this home and not feel on top of each other. The decor is up to date and the kitchen is well-appointed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Das Haus und der Pool sind wundervoll! Gary und Anita sind tolle Gastgeber und für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben Kaffe, Zucker, Geschirrspühlertaps und Waschmittel für den Anfang bereit gestellt. Auch Shampoo und Seife waren in jedem Badezimmer Das Haus steht in einer bewachten Siedlung und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

Great Family Vacation

This was our fourth time in Orlando and third time in Solterra and we really enjoyed this home the most. The process began with a very easy reservation interaction and smooth and easy communication with Gary. Once that was complete, Anita took over and addressed any and all questions or concerns with the house, and she too was incredibly communicative in a fast and friendly way. The house itself is wonderful and just as described in the listing. It is decorated in a way that lets you know great care was taken into consideration in curating all of the Knick knacks and decor. Really fun and warm and inviting. We were there with our family - two adults and four adult aged kids and we all loved the general layout and attention to detail. As other have mentioned the pool area is just great and the lanai Is perfect for when you want to step out of the sun but still be with the family outside. We had no problems at all while we were there, but it’s a house and one can expect some issue to arise. I have great confidence in Anita and Gray that they would address any concern immediately. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave.

Family Thanksgiving trip

Gary and Anita have a beautiful place and were great hosts! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The open floor plan was very family friendly and the renovated kitchen was pretty and functional. The game room was so much fun for the kids. The family enjoyed the outdoor patio space and the south facing exposure helped warm us and the pool

Excellent family home

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this property and can strongly recommend it for family visits to the area. It is a very well presented and comfortable home. The living areas are spacious and all the rooms are nicely fitted out with modern and well maintained equipment / fittings that help to make it feel like home from home. The back yard with pool, hot tub and seating area are perfect for relaxing at home in the nice weather. There is also the excellent resort club available just a 5 min walk away with much larger pool and lazy river if you want to stretch out a bit more in the water (there is parking too). The location is handy for most of the major tourist sites focused around southern and central Orlando (Disney etc) which are anything between a 20 - 50 min drive away. This largely depends on your timing and thereby the traffic. The I4 in particular can get very congested. This is typical for most 'base' locations around Orlando though as it can be hard to avoid the I4 with some of the more popular attractions in mind. We liked this particular location because we wanted to venture away from Orlando too, and that was easy because Davenport is on the edge of the city. Finally we couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful hosts with Gary and Anita who own the property. Their communication was excellent before and throughout the stay and they were always just a quick email response away if there were any queries.

Plan B with the addition of Milton

The property, property Manager and owners are all fantastic. Exactly as advertised, even with the added feature of hurricane Milton. This was our "Plan B" as hurricane Helene foiled Plan A. Owners, Anita and Gary are simply the best. Top notch communication throughout our stay. Property Manager made sure we were prepared for the hurricane and most importantly the house is solid as a rock! All amenities are as advertised. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, so pleasant! We didn't have HURRICANE on our BINGO card, nevertheless our stay was great and we will be back! Don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! This rental was so well stocked with more than just the essentials, beach towels, a few coolers for use, pool floats and toys, and the kitchen had everything. Beds were comfortable. There was so much space too for our family of 6. Anita was super responsive too. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!

We had a wonderful stay! Two families of 4 plus one Grandma, we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub after long days at Disney and Legoland. The clubhouse was great and the staff was very nice! The kids loved craft time by the pool!
