maison mal concue

cloisons non terminée, on entend tout de la salle de bain, chambre non isolée, murs de la salle de bain décollés du toit, cuisine minuscule pas d'accueil et même une procédure particulière : nous avons dû donner la photo de nos cartes d'identité, precédure soit disant obligatoire, alors que c'est la première fois que l'on nous demande cela et qui plus est payer 32 euro de plus que la facture abritel

Je suis vraiment désolé pour votre commentaire. Oui en fait il y a des problèmes qui vont maintenant être résolus car la maison va être construite sur deux étages. Quant à l'identification, elle est obligatoire par la loi au Portugal, sinon nous avons une amende des services frontaliers portugais, vous n'avez pas besoin d'envoyer les photos, nous devons juste prouver les identités. À propos de la taxe de séjour, oui elle est également obligatoire et elle n'est pas incluse dans les réservations et c'est la taxe de la municipalité de Porto, comme expliqué et envoyé par des documents des deux entités publiques.
