The 320 sq. m two-storey villa combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children or a group of friends! Stylishly furnished, Villa Simore features 5 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Enjoy tranquillity and comfort in our beautiful villa.

Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor on your left, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa and a fireplace and the indoor dining area, that opens up to a veranda with a sitting area offering sea views. The fully equipped kitchen offers top quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a dining table for 6 and access to outdoor area which leads to the pool area through a staircase. Adjacent to the kitchen, a second living room boasts a comfy sofa, 42" HDTV and a fireplace.The right side of the ground floor hosts an office space and a bedroom with a double bed, 32" TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has a loft with an office space and a bookshelf with books.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase, guests can find the remaining 4 bedrooms of the villa. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a loft with a single bed. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The third and forth bedroom have 2 single beds and a double bed respectively with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a 32" TV and a balcony with sea or garden views.

Fantastic villa

Wonderful stay in a home from home villa. Beautifully clean and so well equipped. So many places to sit with wonderful views. Owner a delight to deal with and very helpful. Pool area is stunning. Easy to get to to the main road to explore more of the island. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Schmuckstück in idealer Lage

Die Villa liegt an einer nur mäßig befahrenen Straße mit entsprechend geringem Lärmpegel. Lediglich nachts machen manchmal bellende Hunde und morgens dann krähende Hähne deutlich, dass das Haus in ländlicher Umgebung liegt. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und in die Stadt Rethimno mit seinem gemütlichen Hafen und der lebendigen Altstadt. Selbst zu Fuß benötigt man nicht mehr als eine halbe Stunde zum Strand. Die Städte Chania und Heraklion sind jeweils in gut einer Stunde zu erreichen. Selbst in den Süden der Insel ist die Fahrzeit nicht länger. Die Villa ist für zehn Personen sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Zwei der Schlafzimmer bieten auf einer Empore jeweils eine zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit. Alle fünf Schlafräume - vier davon im Obergeschoss - verfügen über ein eigenes Bad en suite. Fast das gesamte Erdgeschoss steht mit vielen Sitzecken zum Entspannen zur Verfügung. Will man allerdings mit mehr als acht Personen gleichzeitig am Esstisch sitzen, muss improvisiert werden. Das gilt für drinnen und auch auf den zahlreich vorhandenen Terrassen und Balkonen. Einige der ausreichend vorhandenen Beleuchtungen sind etwas zu grell. Aber mit einigem Herumprobieren lässt sich auch hier eine angenehme Atmosphäre in den ansonsten hell gestylten Räumen schaffen. Das Wasser im Pool war unerwartet gering gechlort. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist sehr ansprechend und praktisch gestaltet. Bis auf ganz geringe Einschränkungen - und hier klagt man wohl auf sehr hohem Niveau - handelt es sich um eine sehr gut ausgestattete, ansprechende und vor allem saubere Anlage. Sollten wir Kreta noch einmal als unser Ziel auswählen, so werden wir versuchen, wieder diese Villa anzumieten.

Wonderful Villa, warmest welcome, spotless with every possible need catered for. A real gem.

We have enjoyed many Villa holidays over the last few years. On the whole we have had great experiences but have got used to little compromises where the properties have not quite lived up to their descriptions. How fantastic it was for us all to very quickly discover that Villa Simone lives up to every word of the description and in fact the write ups do not do it justice. It is an immaculate home where every single detail has been considered. You can find sun and shade at all times of the day, the pool is beautifully kept with plenty of very comfortable sun beds, the outdoor bbq area is fab, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The screens on the doors keep the mosquitoes at bay and the air con provides a comfortable cool down after a day int Cretan sun. The most impressive part of Villa Simone though is the wonderfully warm hospitality offered by the owner Theo. He is a true gentleman and cannot do enough to ensure that his guests enjoy their stay. This is a very special Villa, with breathtaking views to the sea, with every home comfort you could want and with a welcome rarely experienced. Highly recommended to everyone. We will absolutely be going back.
