A fantastic opportunity to rent a first line beach apartment.
This top floor apartment is on the second floor (no lift) has breathtaking views.
The property is fully furnished to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen.
One master bedroom and one twin bedroom included two single beds and two bathrooms.
A nice much sought after sunny terrace.
There is also an extra spare bed, cot and a baby chair.
All the linen, beach towels, beach towels are included.
The complex has communal garden and a pool with sun beds.

Excellent location

Apartment in ideal location with uninterrupted sea views. Ideal for families. Spacious rooms although kitchen very small. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Fabulous Apartment - September 2018

From start to finish everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure dealing with Abi she responded quickly and efficiently with all enquiries and rang us to check all was ok during our stay . Apt was lovely and very clean from the lovely towels and nice mattresses to the nice pillows which means a lot to me. Hate rough towels and hard matresses ....View was amazing . Excellent wifi also. Will definately book this apartment again.

Beautiful apartment in a super location

This was our first visit to this area but we'll certainly return to explore some more. During our fortnight we enjoyed walks along the boardwalk in both directions, and found plenty of bars and excellent restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. We didn't have a car but had no trouble in getting what we needed from the small local supermarket, and the frequent bus service offered easy opportunity to venture further afield. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped and very comfortably furnished, and of course being able to sit out on the balcony with that amazing view is fantastic. As mentioned by a previous visitor, we also found the odour in the small bathroom unpleasant at times and Abi did kindly offer to send out a technician to investigate while we were there but we declined. However I feel sure that they will resolve this problem promptly because absolutely everything else within the apartment is maintained to the highest degree. Hence our five star rating. A lovely holiday.

Short Stay

We loved our location, the condo was very well equipped, a little overcrowded with too much big furniture pieces. Balcony was wonderful, great views. Although we booked and paid for a month but had to leave for unforeseen circumstances after only 6 days, we were unable to claim any of our money back. We hope to return to this area of Spain in the future

Perfect location, cosy appartment with stunning view

We've been there with two children, 9 and 12 years old. They were happy to have the beach and the rocks so close. And the swiming pool, of course, but it is not very big, rather to play, not to swim. If you stay there with children you will appreciate the floating waterpark, 15 min. walk. In walking distance you also have several restaurants (the closest one is just 5 minutes walk). For shopping you rather need a car. The appartment is clean and very well equipped (you can even have the sunchairs and the beach umbrella). The bedrooms are light and nice. Don't worry about the motorway, you can only hear the sea. The wooden path along the coast is perfect for the walks and morning run. We had no problem with finding a parking place next to the building, and most of the day there is shade there. I can say we had perfect holidays. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to install the ventilation in the small bathroom. The window doesn't open, and the odor from the pipes is not attractive ;-).

Nice Apartment - stunning view

Stayed here for 12 nights with my wife and 2 children. Apartment is front line to the beach with a view to die for. First of all the communication with the agency who let out the apartment was first class. Even dropped us an email during our stay checking everything was OK. Apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photographs. Good bonus was the items such as parasol, cool box, buckets and spades etc that were available for use. Apartment was well furnished. Kitchen was a little on the small side which wasn't a major issue for us as we ate breakfast and lunches, but if you were preparing a main meal you would have to be well organised! Location was about half an hour from town centre which was a nice stroll in the evening. We took a taxi back at the end of the night which was about 6 euros. Lovely pool with sunbeds which was spotlessly clean and well maintained as we're the gardens. A short stroll over the main road took you to the nearest small supermarket, but we had a car during our stay and took the short drive into town where there was both a Aldi and Lidl. 2 or 3 minute short walk to the nearest beach which was ideal. La cala itself is a great place. Busy enough in the evening, but not overly busy. Would definitely go back.

Very comfortable apartment

We found the apartment to be very comfortable and it had everything we needed. It is front line to the beach with lovely sea views. My only critiscism(which is not of the apartment) is that we were informed that it was a 10minute stroll from the apartment into La Cala, this is untrue and is in fact a long walk into La Cala. We never did it in under 30 minutes!

A very nice and well equipped flat right on the sea front with great views of ocean.

A great two bedroom, well equipped top floor apartment overlooking the sea and with direct access to the beach and walkway. It is situated in a quiet spot but just 10-15 min flat walk into La Cala. Easy parking outside the main entrance. Abi and the team at Ultimate Estates were very helpful and on hand to attend to any queries. Although we were only there for a few days we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.
