Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Wir hatten bei der Buchung besonderen Wert auf die Lage, auf bequeme Schlafplätze und auf die Wohn- und Badsituation gelegt. Es gab einen Meerblick und einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnsituation wurde durch die nicht dicht schließbare Balkontür stark beeinträchtigt durch ständige Zugluft. Im kleinen Schlafraum bestand keine ausreichende Möglichkeit zur Unterbringung von Gepäck, Kleidung etc. Außerdem war der Raum schimmelbefallen.
Eine sachgerechte Erstattung wäre in Höhe eines Viertel des Buchungspreises von insgesamt 330 EUR zu beanspruchen.
