You must come experience it for yourself.
What makes this Condo unique
The primary reason to choose Turquoise Place is that it provides a truly luxurious environment that is unmatched. You can enjoy the convenient location to the many local activities while never having the feel of being in an overcrowded touristy area. We are also only steps from one of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast.
Nice place but needs a little maintenance
For the price and all of the hype of Turquoise Place I was expecting an extravagant experience. Don't get me wrong it was nice but not any nicer than Phoenix West that I normally stay at for a lower price. The condo was clean which is my main concern however there were several maintenance issues that need to be resolved. My biggest complaint in the condo was that most of the outlets did not work in the bedrooms and bathrooms causing us to have to unplug lamps and clocks to even plug in our phone chargers and forget using the hair dryers, non of them worked and I am guessing it is because of the outlet issues. The hot tub had a film which was disgusting, the balcony smelled like propane the entire time and there were several broken tiles on the floors. I was disappointed in the lazy river as there were few chairs available and there was no one watching to keep the kids from rough playing, which kept the lazy river from being a relaxing atmosphere as it should be. I was pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and the beds were the best which makes up for some of the other complaints. I loved that I had a designated parking space and the wrist keys were definitely a plus. Overall I was not disappointed in my stay but it was not what I expected for the price, I will likely be back at Phoenix next year unless I find a price I can't refuse at Turquoise Place.
