We invite you to enjoy your holidays in the heart of the Corbières! In the beautiful village of Montlaur, located 20 minutes from Carcassonne or Lézignan-Corbières, you can enjoy the calm and tranquility of an old tastefully renovated mansion located in the medieval district of the village.
This former Maison de Maître can accommodate 6 to 9 people (+1 cot). Its surface of 200m² on 2 levels will bring you enough space to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends. In addition to this, the cottage offers a courtyard of 65 m² including a kitchen and a summer lounge away from view.

Belle maison de ville 1900 avec grande terrasse au RDC. Bien rénovée avec le goût de l'ancien. 3 sdb, grande cuisine équipée. La maison reste fraîche malgré 30°C à l'extérieur. Belle région avec départ du GR36 depuis le village, beau dans les 2 directions. Proximité de Lagrasse et de l'abbaye - 20 min. Possibilité de Baignade à 15 min en voiture

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Innenhof - sehr viel Platz . Sehr huebscher Ort mit ausreichender Infrastruktur: Metzger, kleiner Laden und ein Restaurant. Wundervolle Umgebung mit schönen Dörfern und guten Bademoeglichkeiten im Fluss. Leider hatten wir mit einer Woche Aufenthalt zu wenig Zeit. Sicherlich auch wundervoll im Mai! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

La maison est idéalement située au cœur du pays cathare ce qui est un avantage quand on veut découvrir cette superbe région. Le bien, très bon mixte entre moderne et ancien, est très propre et bien équipé , de plus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la fraicheur des lieux en revenant de nos chaudes balades.

Super location.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances entre amis avec deux bébés dans cette location. La maison est très propre, grande et bien équipée. Bastien nous a bien accueilli et les alentours sont superbes (coins de baignades nombreux, randonnées pour tous niveaux, villages magnifiques, ...) Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Wonderful house near Lagrasse
The house is located in a lovely nice village close to the cities Lagrasse and Ribaute which are wonderful places in the Sommer for swimming in the river. The house itself has plenty of space, a new kitchen and lots of other extras like a planche (gas driven grill plate) and a beertender machine. The village Montlaur has everything you need, a small shop, a butcher and once a week there is a market. For larger shoppings there is Leucate reachable in a 25 minutes ride. Overall this is a lovely place if you like the Corbière région, the silence of the country side and don't mind not to be that close to the coast. We will come back for sure.
