Lovely house close to the sea

We stayed for a week in July 2024 and had a fantastic time. The house is modern and well equipped with four good sized double bedrooms, so it is great for a larger group or family. Check in and communication with the hosts worked really well. I particularly liked the blackout blinds on the all the windows, which helped keep the house cool and ensured a decent lie in every morning! The house is 200m from a nice beach and an 800m walk from the town. The garden is fantastic though with a sun trap that gets the sun all day and into the evening. If you're coming from the UK it's just over an hours drive from Nantes airport. Ryanair flights are pretty good value and car hire is located right outside the arrivals terminal.

Adjacent to a building site/A côté d’un chantier

In general, it’s a nice property, but we felt that the owners should have informed us that, immediately adjacent to the property, two houses were in the process of being built - and made some allowance for this fact. The only other issue was with one of the mattresses. I like a firm mattress, but as another reviewer implied, one of them was bordering on ‘hard’. En général, c'est une belle propriété, mais nous avons estimé que les propriétaires auraient dû nous informer que, juste à côté de la propriété, deux maisons étaient en cours de construction. Le seul autre problème était avec l'un des matelas. J'aime un matelas ferme, mais comme l'a laissé entendre un autre critique, l'un d'eux était à la limite du «dur».

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, à la fois très bien conçue et chaleureuse. La situation est optimale, conciliant le calme et la proximité de la mer, avec plages et formidables points de vue. Le bourg de Piriac est très facilement accessible à pied ou en vélo.

Très belle maison contemporaine, petit bémol pour l'équipement, on aurait souhaité une télévision, un fer et une table à repasser, différentes tailles de casseroles et poêle, un presse agrumes, assiettes creuses. Grosse déception concernant la litterie, inconfortable et matelas tachés.

Merveilleuses vacances !!

La maison est aménagée avec un confort optimal, intérieur comme extérieur. Celle-ci est propre avec une très jolie décoration. Sa position permet de passer de très bonnes vacances et ceci en tout repos. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil par Christine, les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et à l'écoute. Ce qui est très rare de nos jours et nous avons vraiment apprécié. Merci de tout cœur. Nous espèrons pouvoir revenir un jour...... Fabienne

Malgré une pluie incessante, nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans une maison superbement conçue, moderne et accueillante avec la touche de décoration de Noël qui nous attendait. Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la maison de Frédéric et Delphine. Une maison joliment aménagée, fonctionnelle, agréable et ensoleillée dans un quartier calme à 2 pas de la mer avec de nombreuses plages aux alentours, préservées des foules, encore sauvages mais accessibles. Il y a de nombreux sites/villages à visiter autour de Piriac qui permettent de satisfaire tous les âges. Super endroit que je recommande.

Ravi d’avoir passé deux semaines dans cette maison très agréable, avec nos deux petites filles.

Maison moderne très agréable, fonctionnelle et avec un grand séjour se prolongeant sur une terrasse de plein pied et le jardin. Bien adaptée aux jeunes enfants. Les plages sont accessibles à pied et en poussette.
