Casa Prosit is on the first floor of an ancient house (1 double bed and one sofa-bed)- The ground floor is composed of the living room, with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with washing machine and a terrace where you can sunbath or sip a glass of wine

Excellence in Asti

Cristina is an excellent host for her excellent apartment. Asti is an interesting, easy small city to get around in, and in and out of. Her tour of Asti is very informative. We were well taken care of, and would book with Cristina again another time in Asti..

Peaceful stay in Asti

We had a wonderful time in Asti and the surrounding area, and Cristina's apartment was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day - close to many shops, restaurants and cafes, everything we needed was in walking distance (including!). Cristina was a superb host, very responsive, and offered us many tips and suggestions for things to see and places to go. We recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing get away but without sacrificing city convenience. Overall we loved it and would recommend!

2 comfortable chairs downstairs would be nice, but we were out most of the time.

Wonderful location, Christina and Ivan went out of their way to make us comfortable. Driving back to apartment was very difficult, ask Christina the best way to return from out of Asti. GPS was useless due to changing one way streets in Old Town.

Ruhiges, geräumiges und zentral gelegenes Appartment im Herzen von Asti

Sehr schön zentral und ruhig gelegene Wohnung im Herzen von Asti. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet. Appartment selbst ist sehr geräumig und man kann sich darin sehr wohl fühlen. Christina ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die für alle Probleme eine elegante und zufriedenstellende Lösung finden konnte und dazu noch sehr gut deutsch spricht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeden Fall genoßen.

Posizione strategica

Ottima posizione per raggiungere sia il centro città che l’autostrada delle Langhe. Il parcheggio interno è prezioso vista la zona centrale ma necessita di un paio di manovre. L’appartamento è un po’ piccolino ma per un paio di persone è sufficiente. Nelle giornate molto calde si sente un po’ la mancanza di un climatizzatore, soprattutto nella zona notte.

Perfect apartment to enjoy Asti

We arrived by car and had no trouble finding this centrally located apartment in beautiful Asti. We parked our car in a secure space on property. Cristina was a wonderful host, not only recommending restaurants and sights to see in Asti, she also was very helpful when we had a problem with our vehicle. The apartment was an easy walk to everything, we had a great time here. We highly recommend this apartment when visiting historical Asti.

Die sehr schöne Wohnung ist sehr zentral (und dennoch ruhig) in der Altstadt von Asti gelegen und komfortabel ausgestattet. Sie bietet viel Platz. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Angenehm war auch, dass wir das Auto im Innenhof parken konnten.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Asti

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt zentral, um die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wenn wir nochmals in Asti sind werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Comfortable city stay

We very much enjoyed this spacious apartment. The secure parking and washing machine were a bonus. After the first day it became easier to navigate the one way streets in Asti. If you have a good satnav there should be no issues. Supermarket shopping was very close in both directions as were restaurants and the local market on Wednesday. Bigger supermarkets are on the outside of the city if you have a car. We also used Asti as a convenient base to visit Turin by train. The station was only 15 minutes walk and a 35 minute journey to the centre of Turin. Thank you Cristina for the wine and greeting.

Outstanding!

What a great apartment - close to everything. We had lots of space to spread out, a washing machine and even two bathrooms! Cristina was very helpful and had lots of brochures and information to share with us. It was perfect for being able to walk to the train station and the market. We only wish we had weather to be able to use the cute little outdoor patio. We would certainly stay there again.

Idéal pour découvrir la région

A la recherche d'une location pour découvrir le Piémont, nous n'avons pas été déçus par l'appartement de Cristina, situé en plein cœur d'Asti. L'appartement est propre, calme, bien équipé et la chambre est vraiment géniale. A deux pas du centre ville, avec un parking et toutes les commodités à proximité, cet appartement est parfait pour visiter cette magnifique région.

Schöner Urlaub!

Um es vorweg zu schicken, wir würden wieder in Fano in der gleichen Ferienwohung Urlaub machen! Wir waren: 4 Kinder ( zwischen 10-15 Jahren) und drei Erwachsene, der Platz war absolut ausreichend und die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Vor allem die riesengroße Dachterrasse ist halt einfach der Hit! Kinder können direkt zum Strand sausen, keine Straße ist zu überqueren, der freie Spiaggia liegt noch dazu direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermietung ist unkompliziert und war stets sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Es gibt jedoch auch einige kleine Mängel, die wir nicht verschweigen wollen, uns haben sie jedoch nicht so gravierend gestört, so dass wir wieder hinfahren würden. Die Elektrik funktioniert nicht richtig, man kann leider den Geschirrspüler wirklich nur absolut alleine laufen lassen, falls dann jemand ein Licht anschalten würde, haut´s die Sicherungen raus, der Schlüssel für den Sicherungskasten und die Anleitung dazu bekamen wir jedoch mitgeliefert!!! (und in welcher FeWo gibt´s schon einen Geschirrspüler?) Das Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, auch wenn es etwas an ordentlichen Schneidebrettern und Messern (Gemüseschäler!) fehlt! Etwas unpraktisch: für die Wohung gibt es nur einen Parkplatz, wer mit zwei Autos kommt muss eines davon draußen stehen lassen und da sind die Parkplätze rar!! Das Haus bzw. die Wohnanalge selbst ist gerade von außen leider etwas heruntergekommen, aber dafür kann die Wohung ja nichts!!! Die wunderschöne Aussendusche in der Wohung auf der Dachterasse war mit ein Grund, dass die Wohung keine vollen Punkte bekommt. Die Dusche selbst liegt so traumhaft schön, aber man könnte sie etwas modernisieren und einmal einen neuen Duschkopf kaufen! Trotzdem vielen lieben dank, wir kommen wieder Lisa B.

Es tut mir leid aber sie haben auf der falsche Wohnvermieter gescrieben, wir sind lieder nicht auf der Strand. Aber wir laden sie gern in Asti ein um unsere schoene mittelalterliche kleine Stadt in die Mitte des Unesco Weltkulturerbe fuer Wein und Land zu besuchen!!
