Beautiful and cosy country house in the middle of nature.
Beautiful Majorcan finca in rustic style with idyllic location in the middle of nature. It offers a wonderful view of the Tramuntana mountains.
This house is perfect for a memorable family or group holiday.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It has three bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 with two single beds and 1 additional bedroom with 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Cozy living room with a comfortable sofa. The finca also has internet connection (WiFi) and TV with satellite channels.
There is also air conditioning in the living room and in the second bedroom.
As for the outdoor area, you will find a large terrace with comfortable seating and unforgettable views. In the garden of the house you will find the swimming pool and a bath, comfortable sun loungers, barbecue and a lot of privacy.

Grundsätzlich ein toller Urlaub

Wie empfanden unseren Urlaub als gelungen. Am Anfang waren wir sehr überrascht (negativ) aber nach einigen Klärungen hatten wir doch ein paar schöne Resttage. Was jeder beachten muss bevor gebucht wird: Seid euch im Klaren: - Gekocht wird mit einem Gaßherd … - altbacken ist altbacken… - das Spülbecken besteht aus zwei tontöpfen und einem Ablaufbecken.. - Für jeden Gast werden 1 großes 1 kleines Handtuch und ein Duschvorleger bereitgestellt unabhängig von der Aufenthaltslänge. -begrüßt werdet ihr von den Besitzern die nur spanisch sprechen. Sie sind sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend (und sehr um eine Verständigung bemüht, mit einem Übersetzer) Grundsätzlich ein toller Urlaub…

Natur pur

Wir waren für 7 Tage auf der Finca, es war sehr sauber, frische Handtücher lagen bereit. Dinge wie Waschmittel, Mülltüten oder beispielsweise Spülmaschinentabs müssen besorgt werden. Die Finca ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, es gibt viele Pferde, Schafe, Ziegen, Hühner, sogar Rehe und Straußen - und leider sehr penetrante, fordernde Katzen, die auf Nachfrage zum Glück von der Vermieterin abgeholt wurden. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass um die Finca herum wirklich Natur pur ist, die Nachbarn hört oder sieht man kaum. Der Sohn ist täglich bei der Finca um die Tiere zu füttern, wenn man eine Frage hat ist er stets freundlich und wir durften auch mit ihm die Pferde füttern gehen und das Gelände der Tiere erkunden :-) Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern selbst kann nur auf spanisch stattfinden, deshalb waren wir sehr froh über den netten Sohn. Die Vermieter selbst kommen jeden zweiten Tag um den Pool zu reinigen, auch ein sehr toller Service! Für uns war beim Check-Out fragwürdig, wieso und für Strom so viel Geld abgeknüpft wurde (2 Erw., 1 Baby), im Hochsommer, wo man das Licht beispielsweise nur in der Nacht benötigt... :-/ Das hatte für uns einen negativen Beigeschmack, außerdem konnten wir den Zählerstand der Anreise nicht mit dem der Abreise vergleichen. Auch sind wir etwas enttäuscht von der Dame, die bei MallorcaCharme für uns zuständig war, ihre ruppige, teils freche Art der Kommunikation sorgt eher nicht dafür, dass man noch einmal über diese Agentur bucht... aber dafür können die Vermieter zum Glück nichts!

Eine wunderschöne Finca zum entspannen für die ganze Familie

Egal welches Problem man hatte, man hatte Tag und Nacht einen Ansprechpartner und es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Sowohl von den Vermietern der Finca als auch vom Personal von Mallorca Charme. Wir hatten das Problem, dass am ersten Tag unser Portemonnaie verloren gegangen ist und das Personal von Mallorca Charme hat uns sehr gut unterstützt ist mit uns zur Polizei gefahren usw. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür von Familie Heller :) Alles Bestens!!!
