Haben mehr erwartet. Würden einige Renovierungen empfehlen.

Die Bäder, vor allem die Duschen müssten unbedingt mal modernisiert werden. Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr überschaubar… für uns, 2 Personen die meist auswärts essen waren, war es ok. Für den Reisezeitraum September, wo der Pool fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt und somit zu kalt war um Spaß daran zu haben, würde ich eher die andere/angrenzende Unterkunft empfehlen da dort der Pool fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Betten… hier sollte man auch mal in vernünftige Matratzen investieren. Haben sehr schlecht auf den durchgelegenen Matratzen geschlafen. Die Tischtennisplatte fällt schon beim Anblick auseinander und den Grill wollten wir erst gar nicht öffnen. Insgesamt fanden wir den Mietpreis in Anbetracht der Ausstattung nicht angemessen.

Einfach ein Traum

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Super Lage, ruhig, aber doch zentral. Das Haus ist sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Vermieter war stets erreichbar! Wir kommen wieder!

Bonne experience general!

La maison correspondait en tout point a l’annonce : spacieuse, propre et l’air conditionné est un vrai bonus ! Si je devais donner un conseil il manque du nécessaire de cuisine (poivre, sel, huile d’olive,..) et dans la salle de bain ( gel douche ,etc) et les propriétaires sont une peu rigide sur l’heure de départ (10h).

Incantevole!

È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, funzionale, pulita , c’è tanto spazio di cui godere, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia! C’è la piscina, il barbecue, il Ping pong , la cucina fornita di tutto, davvero un eccellente esperienza. Si trova inoltre in una zona strategica per raggiungere il centro di Can Picafort a piedi, visitare Playa del Muro ( che è splendida) , supermercato e servizi a pochi passi. Volendo ci sono autobus che conducono in ogni luogo. L’host è sempre stato gentile e premuroso. Davvero un gioiello

Top Lage und Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren das erste Mal in Palma de Mallorca mit unseren zwei Teenager und uns hat es super gefallen. Die Lage ist Top, 10 Min zu Fuss ist man am Strand und 15 Min zu Fuss im Zentrum von Pincafort. Der Gastgeber hat nach einer Woche den Pool gereinigt und war immer Online erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Jeroni’s home in Can Picafort. The communication before and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, with nothing being too much bother! The house, particularly the kitchen had everything needed for a self catering holiday, and the pool was well maintained and fantastic for a cool down from the midday sun. We also enjoyed the table tennis! The walk to the main shops and restaurants was very accessible in just over 10 minutes, and even less to a very well stocked supermarket. Jeroni went above and beyond for us when I messaged to say our flight wasn’t until evening time. He couldn’t let us stay in the house all day due to it needing to be cleaned for the next guests, but he did allow us to store our suitcases there until we got picked up. This allowed us to enjoy our last day without having to lug our luggage everywhere! Jeroni also passed on his neighbours taxi number, and we had fantastic service from Gabriel for both journeys to and from the airport at a very competitive rate! Thanks again Jeroni for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home!

Brilliant

The property is in a nice residential area. There is plenty of room and everything is nice and clean. The beds are comfy and there is loads of wardrobe space. The bars/shops are probably about a 5-minute walk to the nearest ones and a 10-minute walk to the main resort. If it was my property I would change the steps up to the door to get in from the outside area from metal to wood as these get very hot, you soon learn to put some footwear on! We've been twice now and would recommend it,

Nice apartment

Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Jeroni gehabt. Die Lage ist top, ruhig und trotzdem alles (Einkauf, Strand, Boulevard) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses sowie vom Pool ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch Check-in eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Sache sowie ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmals an Jeroni. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub für uns als Familie und fehlte an nichts.

Family holiday

Pros. Lovely host who is very responsive to any queries and messages. Large villa, plenty of space. 10 minutes if not less of a walk to the beach and shopping/restaurant area. Supermarket 5-8 minutes walk. Very clean villa with plenty of towels to use which was brilliant. Cons. Unsuitable door locking. Large French doors do not have a proper locking mechanism, just a hole into the plastic where the locking bolt turns up into it, no door mechanism. I must add i don’t mean the main front door. No smart TV so unable to watch anything as we couldn’t access British Chanel’s so unable to gain access to Netflix etc on nights where we wanted to get in early and relax. Kettle has no on/off switch, appeared to be snapped off so we had to unplug when it started to boil. Pool freezing cold and only filters in the evening which isn’t great as the morning is when things have blown into it through the night. Air con in main bedroom not working and in the downstairs bedroom. Really old TV in downstairs bedroom Showers aren’t built in, instead a free standing cubicle, ok to do the job but all other functions don’t work properly for the all round shower system. High spec villa but with lots of work done to a low standard. Cockerel across the way on a farm awoke us every early hours around 3am which continued for hours so ear plugs is a must. Bin men arrive to empty bin at least twice every night at around 11pm then again about 12pm

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien, propre, plus belle que sur les photos. Le propriétaire est très gentil et réponds très rapidement aux messages. La maison est proche de tout plage, commerces et restaurant sont accessibles à pieds.

Great Stay

Our 1st time in Majorca. Villa lovely spotlessly clean. Good amount of towels etc. Jeroni was always available and helpful. We did struggle to find the property but it was 2am.when we arrived. Good location for short walk to beach and bars etc

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach und problemlos. Ansprechpartner hat bei allen Belangen schnell geantwortet! Wunderschöner Pool und Außenbereich. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Einfach ein rundum schöner Urlaub!

Super Lage

Wir waren zufrieden - die Lage war toll. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hell hörig… leider fehlte uns die Toilette im UG sehr! Sonst war das Haus sehr einfach eingerichtet, die Kaffeemaschine könnte oder sollte erneuert werden!!!! Was uns auch gefehlt hat waren ein paar Pflanzen.

Excellent

This is the first time I have booked through Vrbo and to be honest, I was a bit worried, but I shouldn't have been. The communication between the owner was first class. The Villa was excellent and had everything you needed. The location was about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to bars/restaurants or about 10 minutes to the main resort (maybe less). I honestly can't think of any negatives about the villa and would definitely recommend it.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage, sauber, vollausgestattete Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Übergabe unkompliziert. Alles wirklich top, nur die Duschkabinen sind erneuerungsbedürftig.

Tolles modernes Haus

Man merkt sofort, dass sich der Vermieter viele Gedanken gemacht hat, um den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm für seine Gäste zu gestalten. Das spiegelt sich in der vollständigen Ausstattung der Doppelhaushälfte wieder. Von der Haushaltsausstattung, sämtlichen Putzutensilien, Wäschepflege, Hygieneartikel, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, mehrere Klimanlagen, Tischtennisausrüstung, Sonnenliege etc. ist alles vorhanden. Besonders herauszuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Objekts. Selten habe ich in Spanien so ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden. In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man jegliche Attraktivitäten des Ortes; aber kann sich auch völlig aus dem Geschehen zurückziehen. Sportler können direkt am Objekt starten bzw. vorab im Pool die Trainingseinheit absolvieren. Der Service von Jeroni ist außergewöhnlich sympathisch und unkompliziert. Muchas gracias de nuevo :-) Ich möchte das Haus sehr, sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und hoffe, dass alle weiteren Urlauber das Haus genauso genießen können wie wir.

Fantastic family holiday

Beautiful villa in a great location. Photos don’t actually do it justice as it is even better in the flesh. Beach, restaurants, bars and shops are easily accessed from the villa which is in a quiet area. The owner Jeroni was extremely helpful, even putting us in touch with his neighbour taxi driver who did the airport runs. It was extremely hot during our stay so an extra parasol would have been great but fortunately the property has air conditioning. Would thoroughly recommend

Wunderschön

Tolles Haus, sehr modern eingerichtet, Küche und Möbel - alles Top! Sehr ruhige Lage... wenn man will ist man nach 500m mitten im Trubel, Außenanlage wunderbar, der Pool ist ein Traum (Tiefe 1,8m), der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit (aber nicht aufdringlich), vielen Dank Jeroni, absolute Empfehlung!!!
