The panoramic terrace overlooking the Montalbano hills, dominated by centuries-old olive trees, allows you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset.

a Tuscany oasis

we loved our stay!!! I will say, the roads are narrow but the people and the place are worth it! I would highly recommend joining in any activities that Luca and Anna put on, the wine tasting and food were amazing!

Luca was a most welcoming and entertaining host! We weren’t able to select a room on the VRBO site which description could be improved, but Luca immediately helped us by switching to a level entry room. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about olive oil production - but the highlight was the cooking class with Antonia & Luca! So much fun!

Perfect stay!

Luca and his team were amazing! Everybody was so nice and the food was really good. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast may not be a big hotel buffet but more than enough and delicious! They have homemade jams from surrounding fruit trees and self made cake. They offer a Tuscan dinner or wine tasting every other day which should not be missed! If you need any advice for Italian olive oil Luca is the right man for it :) And of course the view over the area!

We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful. Lucca, Anna, and everyone else made us feel right at home. They were warm, welcoming, and so friendly. The cooking class was fun, breakfast was delightful! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The surrounding areas and towns are stunning!

Wer authentische Toscana sucht, ist hier richtig.Das Haus, Podere bedeutet altes Bauernhaus, ist nach Auskunft des Vermieters Luca von 1642. Es ist Top renoviert, tipp topp in Ordnung. Es liegt an einem Hang und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die tiefer liegende Ebene bis zum Monte Pisano, dem Berg hinter dem direkt Pisa liegt. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge inclusive. Luca, der Eigentümer, ist Olivenbauer und das Anwesen ist von Olivenhainen umgeben.Es gibt ein umfangreiches Frühstück; das beste daran ist die hausgemachte Mandarinen Marmelade.Luca veranstaltest zwei mal die Woche ein Toskanisches Dinner, "the true taste of Tuscany"; hausgemachte Toskanische Spezialitäten- sehr lecker. Dabei stellt er einmal seine Bio- Olivenproduktion vor und man kann sein super leckeres Öl verkosten. Das andere Event ist ein Dinner mit Weinprobe mit Bio- Weinen aus der Region.Öl und Wein kann man vor Ort kaufen oder auch europaweit nach Hause schicken lassen. Besitzer Luca und Haus-Managerin Anna sprechen gut Englisch. Beide sind super nett und hilfsbereit.Ich hatte eine unvergessliche schöne Zeit in diesem Haus

Anna und Luca sind zwei überaus herzliche Gastgeber ! Sie haben einen wunderschönen Ort mit familiärer Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Ruhe und Weite der Olivenhaine und die sattfarbenen Sonnenuntergänge finden Ihre Entsprechung im liebevoll zubereiteten Frühstück aus lokalen Produkten . Das toskanische Dinner ist ein Highlight und der Pool im Garten bietet die willkommene Erfrischung ! Wir können diesen erholsamen Ort abseits des Massentourismus unbedingt empfehlen! Ciao

Romantisches Landhaus inmitten der Toskana

Wir waren für 5 Tage im B&B und haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus und unser Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse, der Garten und Poolbereich sind toll zum Entspannen und relaxen und die Aussicht auf das Tal ist atemberaubend. Es gibt zudem einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit "richtig" zu kochen, was wir sehr schade fanden. Zudem wären ein Geschirrtuch, mehr Besteck und z.B. Schneidebretter eine super Ergänzung. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Buffet mit Toast, süßen und salzigen Beilagen, Tomaten und Säften. Zudem wurde Kaffee nach Wahl serviert, auf Nachfrage waren auch vegane Milchalternativen möglich was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Lucca und die Familie waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben zudem das Olivenöltasting mit authentischen toskanischen Abendessen gemacht was wir jeden empfehlen können!! Auch hier waren vegetarische Alternativen kein Problem. Städte wie Vinci, Lucca, Florenz und auch das Meer sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 1-2 h sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir hier tolle Tage verbracht und können dieses B&B sehr weiterempfehlen!

traumhafter Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben die Toskana das erste mal besucht und sind hin und weg von der Landschaft und den Menschen. Bei der Ankunft in der Unterkunft begrüßte uns Luca‘s Mama ganz herzlich. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen und hat uns sehr gefallen. Was man nicht lesen kann, ist die wunderbare Herzlichkeit von Luca, Anna und dem Rest des Teams. Vielen Dank für die guten Tipps und die netten Gespräche! Wir haben das Wein Tasting und das toskanische Dinner gebucht und waren begeistert. Beides können wir mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Sehr schön mit 2 Minuspunkten

Wir haben die Unterkunft durch die Beschreibung von Luca sehr gut erreichen können und waren über die Aussicht sprachlos. Das Zimmer war echt geräumig und unser Bad war im Zimmer integriert (manch andere haben es auf der anderen Seite des Flures). Leider war in der Dusche Schimmel vorhanden, was uns nicht länger zum duschen animierte als nötig. Luca und Anna sind sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber und geben viele Tipps für Ausflüge/Städte/Restaurants die einem sehr hilfreich sein können. Das Frühstück war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung und jeden Morgen gab es ein anderes Extra pro Tisch :) Ein weitere Minuspunkt (wofür die Gastgeber nichts können) waren die Stechmücken! Die waren die ersten Tage eine echte Plage und wir konnten uns kaum an den Pool legen, da die Biester überall gelauert haben. Am Ende war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Macken, aber es hat uns sehr gefallen. Für jüngere Leute wie uns (25-30) ist die Umgebung und Lage etwas eintönig nach ein paar Tagen, aber man kann mit dem Auto trotzdem viel unternehmen. Danke an Luca und Anna

Geweldig!

Het verblijf vonden wij geweldig! Een super vriendelijk ontvangst en een hele fijne schone kamer. De locatie was ook erg mooi en rustgevend. Het zwembad is erg fijn. We hebben een diner met uitleg over de olijvengaard gehad. Echt een aanrader.

Urlaub in der Toskana übernachten Zuhause

Bereits beim Check-In hat der Ausblick und die Freundlichkeit von Anna uns überzeugt. Die zentrale Lage zwischen allen toskanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Verbindung mit einer sauberen Unterkunft sind optimal. Auch Lucas Begeisterung für seinen Olivenhain und die Abendessen inklusive Wein und Ölprobe waren Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Auf jeden Fall das leckere Frühstück zubuchen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Familiäres Feriendomizil

Chiara und Luca haben sich sehr freundlich und familiär um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Das Anwesen hat eine wunderschöne toskanische Atmosphäre. Wir empfehlen unbedingt, die angebotenen Abendessen/Weinproben wahrzunehmen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschön

Es war wirklich ein wunderschöne Urlaub. Wir waren dort in April. Die Natur ist unglaublich, das Haus mit dem Garten ist sehr schön, sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt ca 1 Stunde entfernt von Pisa, Lucca, Florence und San Gimignano. Luca und Viola sind sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir sind mit viel "Toskana- impressionen" nach Hause gekommen. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen und mehr Zeit im Garten verbringen :)

Großartig!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung, das Haus, das Essen, etc. war ausgezeichnet. Es wurden nachhaltige und biologische Produkte aus eigenem Anbau sowohl für Frühstück und Abendessen verwendet. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
