Country Holiday House
Rustic residence made with regional and recycled materials, is located in a rural area, north of the island of S. Miguel and at a distance of 13 kilometers (10 to 15 minutes) from Ponta Delgada.
The residence has one bedroom with double bed and one single, and can accommodate families or a maximum of three people.
They have a TV room with access to general channels and free wireless internet. The house meets the ideal conditions for a comfortable stay with family or friends, close to various points of interest on the island, including the Batalha Golf Course, natural pools in S. Vicente Ferreira, beaches in the municipality of Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande.
In the countryside, with large garden, orchard and woods, Country Holiday House has independent access.
It is located next to the owners residence and outside space is shared. Guests can enjoy fruit on the property and relax in the woods.
It is just 500 meters from Batalha Golf Course which has a great restaurant.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat uns mit guten Tipps für die Insel und leckeren Kräutern aus dem Garten versorgt. Das Haus verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge und sogar ein Willkommeskorb mit Wasser, Marmelade, Butter, Obst, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Tee und Kaffee war da. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch ein elektrischer Heizkörper gegen die Kälte war vorhanden. 😄

Warmwasser war in den ersten Tagen nicht kontinuierlich verfügbar. Beschränktes Fernsehprogramm (nur Portugiesisch). Als Heizung diente nur EIN Heizlüfter. Viel Straßenlärm in den Morgenstunden.

O problema da água foi resolvido tão rápido quanto possível. Quanto aos canais da televisão está descrito no anúncio que apenas tem 5 canais, os generalistas portugueses.
A casa não está num lugar isolado mas numa freguesia rural e daí haver o tráfego associado às vivências de quase todas as freguesias de S.Miguel.
