Casa Bianca "Rais" is a lovely apartment, recently renovated, in a villa on the sea, a few kilometers from Cefalù.
It is configured with 5 beds but a 6 bed can be added on request.
It consists of a double bedroom, with TV and built-in wardrobe, an independent living room with 3 single beds, a brand new kitchen with access to the outside patio furnished with table, lounge chair, and a barbecue for living outdoors. The bathroom, recently renovated, has a large shower.
The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with sun terrace overlooking the sea which leads to the beach below which is just over 30 meters from the house. No need to take the car !!!
The beach is pebbly and pebbly. There are also sandy beaches nearby.
The apartment has a free, reserved parking space.
To reach Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi you need a car.

Vincenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit, gibt großartige Tipps und ist sehr gastfreundlich. Das Appartement ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt am Meer an einer kleinen privaten Bucht, die über eine Treppe (mit etwas Geschick und guten Schuhen) erreichbar ist. Man kann sich hier auf den Steinen zum Sonnen ausbreiten und von dort aus (mit Wasserschuhen) in das wunderschöne Wasser abtauchen (auch zum Schnorcheln geeignet). Außerdem darf man den benachbarten Strand nutzen. Dort stehen reservierte Schirme und Stühle bereit. Man sollte über ein Auto verfügen! Damit gelangt man unkompliziert in die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte (z.B. Cefalu, Castelbuono, Tusa, Finale etc.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Vincenzo

Jens und seine Familie, Rita und Matteo, sind fantastisch. Sie haben den Ort geliebt und sich in die Umgebung integriert. Lange Gespräche gaben mir die Gelegenheit, sie besser kennenzulernen. Es war mir eine Freude, sie in der Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi zu beherbergen. Das Haus wurde in perfektem Zustand hinterlassen. Ich hoffe, sie bald wiederzusehen. Vielen Dank. :)

Alles war super schön und sehr gemütlich mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Familie. Die Ausstattung der Küche war einwenig mager, doch hat es zum Kochen absolut gereicht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort in die Ferien gehen. Herzlichen Dank

"Cadre très agréable. Très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la mer. Le jardin, très bien entretenu par le propriétaire, apporte un plus à ce logement. Une pergola ombragée toute la journée (très agréable l''été avec la chaleur). Très bon accueil (amical et chaleureux). Petit bémol, une salle de bain exigüe mal ventilée. Nous garderons avec nos 3 enfants un très bon souvenir de cette semaine de vacances."

"C est vraiment une locat...

"C est vraiment une location idéale pour des vacances agréables en famille. Proche d''une très jolie ville, au calme, dans un cadre idylique, vue plongeante sur la mer! La terrasse et le jardin domine la mer et l''accès à la plage est vraiment pratique. Mais surtout l''accueil des proprietaires nous a enchantés et a donné un plus au séjour."
