Looking for full privacy and maximum enjoyment? That's what I guarantee at this holiday house, so look no further because Villa Yasmin is an ideal spot for you. This villa offers a couple of things you can only see in Hollywood movies.
Heated 20m2 inside Pool (1,5m of depth), Finnish bath, steam bath, elliptical trainer and a fitness bicycle. Nevermind the rainy day or a cold night, you can enjoy here and relax the whole year round.
The villa was built in 2012, renovated in 2016. It is located 2km away from Pula in a small village Škatari. There are 2 separate floors of the villa, each offering 3 bedrooms for guests.
Nothing to worry about during warm nights - you can use 4 Air Conditioning units (2 on the Ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor).
Ground floor: 1 bedroom is equipped with double bed + 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 combined single beds each.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds + 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 combined single beds.
Each floor has a living room, kitchen + the upper floor has 3 balconies. There you also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal, each with a washing machine + 1 small toilet.
The large 1.000m2 yard has an outside dining table, a barbecue, 32m2 (8x4) swimming pool with 8 sun loungers around it.
Your group can spend days/evenings dining together under the porch. After all, enjoying meals outside is one of the beauties of summer, and large outside table with 12 seats is perfect for that. 1 TV is attached to the wall of the porch for those who don't want to miss anything watching Satellite channels from all over the world.
