You will love this Ground floor corner unit with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is approximately 10 steps to the outdoor lagoon pool. The ground floor unit makes it easy to get refreshments, take a bathroom break and get small items that you have forgotten without having to take the stairs or the elevator.

Loved it!

The location of the condo and the parking spots was PERFECT! The beach at our back door and the pool only steps away with no need for an elevator was perfection when you have toddlers with you! We loved it! The owner is VERY responsive and we are already planning our next stay! Thank you!

Wasn't expecting as long of walk from parking garage to the room, but the whole resort is huge catering to many. The room is very close to the pool area and to the beach. The condo was not as clean as expected. But it was after spring break. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We appreciate that.

Happy Accident

My family had rented another condo from this owner in Gulf Shores but due to a new job in the family had to change our plans about 3 weeks before trip! Luckily the owner had this condo also. We have been renting vrbo condos for about 12 years now, and we all loved it. My grandson ,12, voted it the best ever!!! It is in a big resort type condo building,which I think was 23/24 stories but this condo is on the first floor!!! It faced the ocean with a large deck with a nice table and chair set. Lovely to get up,have my tea on the deck every morning. It was about 30 second walk to entrance to pool. The pool was super nice and clean. Had music during the day, showed 2 movies for kids at night and they enjoyed swimming in pool and watching movie! There are pool loungers but I think it was a bit hard to get one unless you had early people who wanted to hold your chairs. I was happy to see that the resort did follow the rule that towels don't save chairs ,people do and any towel set out on chairs before 9:00 were put in a pile to be picked up by people who didn't follow the rule. But my family love the ocean and the owner rented 2 chairs and a umbrella for the week and that was fantastic!! We picked one in the front row and only had to sign in one time and had it for the week. The chair guys would come around frequently and change position of umbrella if you wanted. Bring some extra cash for tipping cause I watched them set up and take down every day in 90 degree weather and they were friendly and worked hard. The condo super clean and had tiled floors for easy sweeping of the sand.Kitchen well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the separation of master and other bedrooms. Had activities throughout the day. Granddaughter even went to a 3 hour craft night. Hopefully going to get to go to Gulf Shores condo next year because we want to see that area but is going to be really hard not to book this one again. I thank the owner for sharing this beautiful condo . Also many activities close by. Our family did jet ski, Island Time Snorkel/shell island boat( a Blast for the first time snorkelers) and rented a moped. Ate lunch at restaurant next to condo, very good.Also get 2 parking places on first floor of parking garage, ideal!!!

Nice unit, great location within resort!

The unit is beautiful and as advertised. It has magnificent views of the gulf and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The best thing about this unit is that it is on the first floor so no worrying about slow elevators. Plus, it is literally 10 steps from the pool. Parking is convenient too — on the ground level. The one thing to note is that it is in a really busy part of Panama City Beach — close to restaurants, shops, bars. Because of that it was really popular with the spring break crowd. Traffic was very difficult at times. All in all it was a great trip. Be sure to visit St Andrews State Park!

The condo itself was fine. On the plus side, the condominium complex pool was great and the assigned parking spots were extremely convenient. On the negative, rainwater backed up through a drain into the unit twice in the week and the maintenance staff told us that this had occurred in this unit previously, but had not been fixed. In addition, the staff providing beach service at this condominium would not provide a rental on a weekly basis thus requiring that someone get up and go to the service each day if chairs and an umbrella were desired. Not what I wanted for a beach vacation. Fortunately, the people at the Long Beach condominiums next door were more accommodating, and provided service on a weekly basis. It required a few extra steps, but beat getting up every morning.

Great condo needs a deep clean

This place is really great for location in PCB and in close proximity to the pool and beach access. The decor is very nice with high ceilings which is unique for a first floor condo in a 20+ floor complex. I informed the owner of the need for a deeper cleaning than it’s getting! There was a lot of dust under and on the sides of furniture and behind nightstands and headboards, along with some small trash items under these items so you know these areas aren’t being checked. The good things about this condo do outweigh the cleanliness issue. It’s easy to remedy!

Nice week. Loved the condo location, privacy and no need for elevators.

Condo was equipped as promised, great location. Complex is huge, pool deck and beach very crowded. Tents/umbrelllas were 6 deep on the beach. Ground level, no elevator and easy parking access huge plus. Snack bar at pool very convenient. Not sure PCB allows, but there was a memorial service right out our balcony; large cross, shovels, flowers, mourners. Not sure what they buried. Cross and flowers left there all week.

Best condo at the resort

Location is everything! Can't say enough great things about our stay. I typically don't book first floor units due to not having an ocean view and only being able to see the pool. This one felt like you were on the beach. The view was amazing! The first floor unit comes with 2 designated parking spots that are a short walk to the room through the parking deck. This was huge to be able to easily walk to the car and bring in our belongings. A trick we learned was to walk past the carts into the walkway to avoid having to go through the lobby. The pool was also a short walk from the room - maybe 50 steps? We were able to easily run back and forth from the pool to use the restroom, get snacks, refills, etc. Tammy was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The master bed was comfortable and we had all the kitchen tools we needed to be able to cook while we were there. Only thing we were missing was a juicer to squeeze limes for margs :) We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Tammy for having us!

Perfect Vacation!

We had the best week vacationing with our family of 7 in Panama City Beach, and our stay in this spacious condo made it even more wonderful! Tammy was flexible and easy to work with, allowing an early check in and late check out. It was our first time staying on a first floor, and I don’t think we’ll ever book a place that requires elevator use again! It was so convenient with three little ones, and the views were amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphins every morning, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Pineapple Willys was our favorite go-to! The entire resort was beautiful and we enjoyed equal amounts of time at the beach and at the pool. We’ll definitely be back. Already dreaming of our next trip!

Best unit at Shores of Panama

Our stay in this condo was great. The bed was super comfy. The two sliding doors in living room provide a great view of beach. The privacy from being in a ground floor corner unit provided great privacy. The gorgeous lagoon pool is steps away. Parking for this unit is excellent. The security is very strick providing a safe atmosphere.

What a sweet location!

1st floor ON THE BEACH! Sunset views are incredible, and you are just a very short walk past the pool to being on the beach and in the lovely Gulf! This condo is well maintained for being right on the beach. As usual with any property there are some little things that a person could gripe about, but overall this is a wonderful place to stay. The pillows were not to our liking so we went to Walmart (less than a 1/2 mile) and spent $14. Beds were good, and the Kitchen was well supplied. All the stuff you need for a great vacation stay. There are lots of beds and three full bathrooms all well equipped with nice towels. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay. Oh, one more thing, the drains were a bit slow and the owner had a handy man over as soon as we were ready to get them fixed. Very responsive!

Beautiful condo and convenient to all amenities

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was beautiful, convenient, clean and had an awesome corner view. Ground floor parking spot were reserved for the unit so it was so easy to get to the condo. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and convenient to lots of things we wanted to do.

Plenty of room for 8 of us and so nice to just walk by those waiting on elevator. Close to pool and walk to beach and parking. Thought I could just walk off balcony to beach but couldn't but walk wasn't really a problem.

Shores of Panama 101

This is a very nice unit. Tammy is very responsive and easy to work with. Having a ground floor unit is really convenient. The patio faces the beach, ideal for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The pool is maybe 75 feet from the front door, the beach is less than 300 feet away. The unit is roomy, nicely decorated, and has everything you need for a great stay. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had room for everyone. Shores of Panama has a massive pool, kids love it. There is a pool bar if the adults want a drink for the pool or beach. There is also a snack hut with soft drinks and food if you want a quick bite. The beach in front of the building is great, (seriously people, pick up after yourself) the water is clear, and the kids can go quite a ways out without getting into deep water. There is a gas station and quick shop on the corner, several restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. One negative about Shores of Panama is that they now charge a resort fee for the use of the pool and beach access, so there is an additional charge of $250-$300 for the week, so factor that into your costs. This is a 23 story building, stay on the ground floor or close to it as the elevators are always busy. All in all we had a good time and would recommend unit 101 for your stay at Shores of Panama.

Beautifully appointed and decorated. Kitchen well equipped for food prep. Ground level a definite plus for easy access to pools and beach. We were there over Spring break so the beach crowd was huge and a little rowdy. Would not recommend booking during this spring migration if you have young children. That said, it was amazing how quiet the condo became when doors and windows were closed. Property owner was available whenever a question arose which was rare. Will make an effort to return in the summer!

Great Vacation at Shores of Panama

Tammy, Our time in your condo was very pleasant, view was unbelievable. Only steps away from the pool made it ideal for our grandkids. And the pool is like being on an Island Paradise. We will recommend this property to our friends and relatives. The only complain we have is that the condo could have been cleaner.
