Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!

From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. My family loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast/lunch. Great location as it is close to the outlet mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Frank was easy to contact and was able to answer any questions we had! We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach. Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed and a view to die for. We were a bit shocked by the Destin traffic, but once we figured out key places, we were good to go. It's a beautiful beach with plenty of room so you never felt crowded. Definitely recommend!

Breath taking views

As advertised with stunning views. On a clear calm day dolphins and sting rays can be seen from the balcony overlooking the beach shoreline. Host had great communication before trip. Had no questions or concerns while there.

Property is nice, a few to many rules. Beach area is small for 2 large buildings and 140 sets of rental chairs. Not sure why they close the beachside pool and largest hot tub at 8. We did enjoy our stay though.

Spring Break with teens

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Worked well for our family of 4, but could definitely accommodate 6, if 2 folks want to share a sofa bed. My teens loved the bunks. The view is AMAZING, and we saw sting rays and dolphins. The balcony is wonderful, if you want to get away from the crowded beach, but still enjoy the sights, breeze, ocean sounds, and sunset.

We enjoyed ourselves so much we asked owner if we could extend our stay one more day. Owner was quick with communication. Staff was friendly. Condo has a beautiful view! We were out on balcony every morning to watch sunrise. Condo has everything you need. Only thing I would change is the shower heads need some tic. I would definitely stay here again. Worth it!

Elevator delays

The property and room were great. No issues there. The property kept having problems with their elevators. For each day we were there 1 or 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service. Some guest waited 30 minutes to catch an elevator. Since only 2 were working during checkout, I had to catch the elevator going up just to ensure I could get on to eventually go down. An employee said “ we are having elevator problems AGAIN. This indicates a known ongoing problem. I stayed here last year and did not have this experience. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly

Firstly, the unit was very clean and had a great view. The AC worked flawlessly the entire stay. The only problem we had was with the front door. It closes on its own when you open it, but it doesn't always latch. We actually discovered this when we returned from dinner and the door was open. Fortunately, nothing was missing. Also, the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are not good. I would suggest getting higher quality pillows for the bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great place and excellent complex. The tiki bar service at the beach was definitely a plus!

Between the pools and easy beach access we had plenty to do. We brought our 8 year old and she enjoyed the 3 pools as well as the hot tubs. Also, the unit is located right by the elevator which we enjoyed as well.

Perfect Family Rental

This condo was perfect for our family's needs! The bunkbeds were perfect for our two teenagers (heights being 5'4" and 5'8"). Bunkbeds are near the master bedroom, but not too close.

Great Vacation

We loved the condo and how we could run down to the pool or beach whenever we wanted to. We spent a lot of time at the beach or on the balcony. We also loved how we could walk to go grab food, ice cream, or coffee! Overall, it was a great and relaxing vacation!
