Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes from Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park (Epic Univers)  under construction is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this unit is a large 1112 square feet under air. This home is located on the second floor (two elevators) overlooking the pool and the lake.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

In front of Vista Cay, there is a large supermarket (Publix), a large pharmacy (Walgreens), and several casual restaurants and other shops. All are within walking distance. The convention center is next door.

This is approximately a 5-minute walk across the street or two minutes by car where your pool pass will also work.

This is such a great location to enjoy the Universal parks and many activities in the area. Amenities are great and we never found the pool areas crowded, bonus was also the ability to park near our unit. We travel often; having stayed in a variety of Orlando resorts and via other property management companies. I can't stress enough how great Orlando Vacation Homes 360 is, and the service Gary Lobo provided. Our initial unit had mystery noises late at night, from a unit above. That property was NOT managed by OVH360. Gary went above and beyond, trying to decipher what the cause was. He worked with the other management company and even the HOA to attempt resolving the sound keeping us up at night. We were ultimately moved to another unit and were amazing this was offered. We'll definitely stay at this resort and utilize OVH360 again!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Property was very clean and well equipped. The location is ideal - next to the pool and gym/clubhouse and within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The property manager was very communicative throughout the week. The apartment was perfect and the property could not have been better! We loved every minute of our stay. Wonderful stay

The property owners were so accommodating. We were in from St. Louis for a conference and we cooked meals in to save money. They even brought us a sharper knife and cleaning supplies we needed for the stay. I was so impressed with how kind and attentive they were. Would definitely go back again!!

I'm very picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations. I love that they request that shoes are removed in the main areas of the home. You can tell people must abide by it, because our socks were clean! The drive to Universal and Seaworld is quick and easy. The grocery store is really convenient, safe, and clean. Lots of places to eat nearby too. This is a great property. We were checked on often too. Great stay. Thanks!
