Thanks for the feedback. We will look into the slow internet. We installed wi-fi boosters so will make sure everything is working.

As an extended family we've been going to Kure Beach for 20+ years. Most everyone agreed that this may have been the best house we've ever had! From start to finish, everything was smooth and problem free - no complaints! Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay!!!
We had a wonderful time at No Bad Days!!! The house is amazing. The owners are great to work with and the house comes fully loaded, even had bikes we could ride to the beach and around. It has everything you could want to use from a fully equipped kitchen to beach items. The views from the balcony are amazing and it is a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. The ferry to Southport and the aquarium are just down the road. Will definitely go back!!!!

We are really glad a good time was had by all! Sorry you had some weather, but glad your trip into Wilmington, and to Southport were good fill-ins. Glad the 12 gallon pot and propane burner worked well for your low country boil.
We had a wonderful time at Kure Beach! An easy walk to the beach with tons of beach gear provided in the garage. Excellent kitchen and well-maintained home. Jimmy was very responsive to all our questions. Fabulous place for the kids to ride bikes and play in the street. A great time was had by all!

Our beach home is all about family gathering and beach time. So glad you and your family were able to enjoy the week at No Bad Days at Kure Beach.

We found the home to be very spacious, especially for the number of people (11 adults). The elevator was a blessing in that we had on individual who has difficulty with stairs. Access to the beach was much easier than first thought it would be.

Thank you for your review Bill. It was awesome having you and your family at No Bad Days at Kure Beach. Welcome to return any time!
The property was clean and beautiful. A quiet setting and only a several minute walk to Carolina beach and fun. Close to the aquarium. Plenty of places to eat but highly suggest reservations anywhere near Carolina beach. The elevator was a nice convenience. Only change I would make is to make the queen beds into king beds. The owners responded in an hour to fix a problem.
This was a wonderful house! We enjoyed staying here very much. It had everything we needed and more. The elevator was a such a nice thing to have to get luggage and groceries up and down the 3 levels. We also really enjoyed using the beach cart, it was a lifesaver! There are beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and games in the garage that came in so handy. It was so nice that we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped, it has just about everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, and it was so great that linens and towels were provided. We all had a fabulous beach week.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was beautiful. The layout was great for our group. The supplies provided were really helpful. The beach gear was great especially the cart to pack everything up for the day. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we could need. We had one family member unexpectedly on crutches so the elevator was used constantly. It was so much easier for them. Only suggestion would be more chairs on 3rd floor balcony. With a house that big 4 chairs wasn’t enough. But we loved every minute relaxing and making memories.
We had a truly fine vacation in this very comfortable house. It has everything needed for the beach (boogie boards, surfboards, kids' beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a cart to tote everything in). The house itself is lovely and homey with a large, well equipped kitchen and a table which seats 8 comfortably (a big plus for us, since we saw many properties that divided up the seating... e.g, 6 at table, 2 at counter etc.) We wanted our meals all together. We used the elevator to bring up groceries and luggage and that was a big help! My husband was very happy with the quality of the water in the house and the good supply of ice from the refrigerator. Strong wi-fi throughout the house.
Our grandchildren, ages 6 and 8, loved the house as well and enjoyed the many children's books, games and videos.
Kure Beach is a nice, quiet community within easy distance of Carolina Beach which has more activities available. The house is a couple short blocks from the beach and in another direction a few blocks from ice cream. What could be better?
Jimmy met us when we arrived for a walk-through, answered all of our questions and left clear information and instructions in the house.

Dick and his family were great guests at our beach home. They treated our home like it was theirs, with respect! We will gladly have them back in our home at any time!

Easy beach access, amazing layout and decor, and well-stocked house!
What a well laid-out, decorated, and supplied home just steps from the beach! We gather each summer as 3 families of friends with kids and this has been our favorite. Jimmy was always quick to respond, provided helpful information sheets both before our stay and for our time in the house, and did a thorough walk-through of the home when we arrived.
The house was immaculate and provided everything we could need including paper products, cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances and useful items like aluminum foil and spices, binders with local information, a basket with things like a spare pair of reading glasses, and more! So much thought has went into these details! And we loved the garage full of organized, amazing items such as adult bikes, 10+ beach chairs, sand toys, 6+ boogie boards, a grill (my husband wants one like it now:), and more!
The layout of the house was so helpful as we could divide up between families. There are a lot of stairs between 3 floors but the elevator was so helpful and we were thankful that it has many safety features and is inspected annually. The balconies are beautiful and a peaceful way to escape and see the ocean a block away.
The location was perfect to be able to access the beach! A wonderful beach access is just down a 1/2 block, over a block and Jimmy provided two beach carts and we could access it (even with kids!) in less than 5 minutes. That part of the beach is calmer, too, away from the pier.
You can access Carolina Beach and it's activities in 5 minutes (or a short bike ride)! We enjoyed things such as taking the Ft. Fisher ferry to Southport, walking the boardwalk in Carolina Beach (Brit's Doughnuts!), taking a pirate cruise in Wrightsville Beach (35 min away), and more! Such a lovely location with both peace and activity and what a gem of a place to explore it from! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was great to have 3 young couples and kids, 8 of them stay in our home. Actually, 7 kids from about 6 to about 12 years old, 5 boys, plus a 1 year old was a bit unsettling that first day. But, Amy and her clan left our house in very good shape! Will welcome them back in the future without hesitation.
The house perfect for our family reunion and the elevator was great for getting our dad from the top floor to the ground floor in his wheelchair.
This was also the most well stocked VRBO's I have stayed at recently.
The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could think of which made staying in and cooking a breeze.
There was also EVERYTHING you need for spending the day at the beach, from chairs and umbrellas to kids toys to make sand castles, and all easy to transport in the wagon provided.
One last perk was that it had regular TV service (Direct TV) instead of only subscription service access.
We would definitely stay here again if the occasion comes along!
What a great find in Kure Beach! We had a family of 6 adults and this place was so spacious for our group..we only used 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The elevator was so helpful since the kitchen and living room are on the 3rd floor. From the balcony, you can see the ocean. Quiet neighborhood and just a block from Public beach access. The closest beach access also is ramp instead of stairs (if you know the area, not all beach accesses have ramps) and this was great for using the beach buggy to carry all of our items for a day by the ocean. Plenty of chairs (though we brought some of our own, we didn’t need to!)
We loved this place and hope to be back one day!
The property was clean, spacious, and well suited to our family group of 9 for a 5 night stay. Beach access is only a short walk away, there were bikes and beach gear available in the garage, and in addition to the TV in the living room there is a TV in every bedroom. The property owner was very nice and responded to all our requests for information, etc, timely and helpfully.
House was perfect for my whole family to stay at and so close to the beach access. The owners were very accommodating for us as we were coming down for a wedding and had a couple special requests for us to be able to get to the wedding on time.
We loved the place! It was great for our family. There was plenty of room and lots of extras in the garage for the kids - toys, bikes, wave boards, etc. Hope to stay again sometime.
Our family enjoyed every moment at this wonderful home! From the accessibility with the elevator for seniors to the beach accessories available, careful consideration was given to the needs of their guests. Proximity to the beach access will bring us back.
Our family of 14 had an amazing week at Kure Beach, and this house made that possible! Anything you could possibly need could be found at the house-books, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, a buggy to get things to the beach, and several bicycles. The elevator allowed everyone to access all areas of the house and helped with all of the heavy bags. Within a short walk /bike ride we were able to spend time on the beach, play games at the arcade, fish from the pier, or venture into several local restaurants and shops. Kathleen was always quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!
Everything about our stay was great! Our family of 13 came from different parts of the country to Kure Beach .We arrived before entrance time and were let in with no problems. The elevator helped so much with the heavy items. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was great. Owner replaced the coffee maker within a short time for us. The beach was great every day. The beach wagon was so helpful along with extra items. Our teens rode the bikes. The high point of week was ordering a seafood boil to cook and serve at the house. It was from Cape Fear Boil Company. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you , Kathleen
We stayed here for 4 days after traveling from the UK for a family wedding. The house is even more lovely than the pictures suggest, and there is absolutely everything there that you need. Kathleen was really helpful, although we had no issues, but all communication prior to visiting was very quick in response. We had 3 separate families staying and the space was perfect for us all. The children in particular loved the bikes!
Thank you Kathleen for letting us stay in your beautiful house x
Really enjoyed our stay! Close to beach and family friendly space!

We are your hosts for Gone Coastal A - Amy, Carol, and Kathleen. We have been friends for a long time and recently moved to Wilmington. We ventured into rental property so we could have a place for out-of-town family and friends. We want to share this property with other guests so they can also enjoy the wonderful town of Kure Beach and the surrounding communities. This area is a wonderful place for family to come together and enjoy the many amenities around here or just time at the beach with loved ones. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this property because it is the perfect size for a large family and/or group of friends. It is a short walk to the beach and close to lots of other things to do. The house is well-built and provides lots of common space for families together along with good sized bedrooms for privacy. The elevator is a great addition to help transport supplies or reduce the need to climb three flights of stairs.
What makes this property unique
The private elevator and no steps to the front door provide access to the whole house for everyone regardless of their limitations.
