Would not stay there again, poor management company.

This is the second time we stayed at this place. The first time was amazing and we were looking forward to coming back. This last time was terrible. The management company was awful. It started out that some many of the rooms the light bulbs were burned out and you could barely see and some of the rooms the light switches did not work. We got lucky and found the key to the lock closet to get to the breaker switch. Then the washer door was completely off and left on the kitchen counter with no communication from the management company. I called them and they had no idea. They made me send pictures of everything. Then the bathroom shower in main bedroom did not drain and the heating towel rack was leaking water. More pictures sent. They asked if we would be around Friday afternoon for a handyman, we said yes and no one showed up. We had to get our laundry done from an outside service, it was cash only, so the management team refused to reimburse us. They then called and ask us to be available Saturday evening for a repairman or leave the keys for them. We actually said no, since we be out and about Saturday evening. I am sad to leave this review as we use to love this place, but we will not come back.

Great Location But Some Marks Were Missed

Great location and lots of space! Communication with management company was consistent until there was a problem- then no follow through. When we first got to the unit one set of the curtains were ripped from the wall and in a pile on the chair in the sitting room. Old floors that creak loudly- would be good for teenagers looking to escape at night :) Kitchen and bathrooms are new and modern; very nice. We were there for 6 nights and given one hand towel and one bath towel per person for the week, and no laundry detergent to wash them. To wash and dry 1 small load of laundry took a total of 5 hours, literally. Unit is on 4th floor so lots of stairs to climb- we were ok with it but I could be a deal breaker for others. Overall a nice unit but doesn’t accommodate vacationers from overseas with things like napkins, condiments dishwasher and laundry detergent, instructions for appliances, etc.

Pleasant and Convenient

This property was clean and well appointed. Some might find the multiple levels an inconvenience, but it was not a problem for us. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby to choose from. We had an enjoyable stay.

Clean, beautiful, and well located

We stayed at this property in Sept 2018. We found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and centrally located to all the attractions we planned to visit. The décor appeared to be professionally done and the kitchen was well suited to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here. The property is managed well and the staff was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Instructions were straight forward and clear. Our only complaint was the mattresses felt quite firm, but then some people do like that. Our stay was a pleasant one and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
