Our place is the ground floor of a four-story building. It is located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood in Quito Norte, El Bosque sector. We have a large private interior garden with barbecue, a covered terrace.
Our apartment is familiar and cozy, for children and pet friendly. It has parking for 2 cars and a 24-hour security guard. Sleep soundly. In our place you can enjoy a very safe and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, but very close to El Bosque Shopping Center, restaurants and main shops, banks, discos. It is also a few minutes from the Metro.
It has large social areas: main room with fireplace • Music room / bar, library study, Dining room, Garden view, Kitchen, Beautiful patios with B. B.Q, interior garden. Floors: chanul plank 0. 17 cm lacquered with polyurethane. 5 bedrooms and 4 and a half baths. The living area is 350 square meters. The rooms are very comfortable in size. The kitchen is fully equipped and is spacious with a breakfast area. Clothes area, free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

It is also a few minutes from the Metro.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is spacious with breakfast. Clothes area, Wifi and Netflix free.

The house is a very special place, we educate our children, in their gardens the children ran like gazelles, they sang like turpiales. At night we sat around the fireplace to study the multiplication tables and read, hoping that the children ran out of energy and sleep overcame them.

The rooms are with wardrobe, spacious, and the house has spaces for different environments, such as in the morning enjoy a coffee in the breakfast of the kitchen while watching the birds through the window, in the afternoon take chocolate on the terrace, enjoying the view of the garden. At night you can share a beer and smoke a cigarette under the moonlight in the garden area, and all that without leaving home.
