Sifnos Theros Villa

This independent villa promises quite a remarkable and comfortable stay!
It is located 1-minute walking distance from the small quiet sandy beach, while a small path can also lead to other two small beaches as well as the main beach of Vathy bay.
The villa has a magnificent panoramic view. The ground floor patio and the beautiful verandas on both floors reveal the view of Vathy bay and the mountains that lie in the background. The visitor can relax on the sunbeds under the shade of the wooden pergola, or enjoy the comfortable rooms of this traditional Cycladic home.
The ground floor hosts the fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic tableware and a dining space and table. A traditional sofa bed can be used upon guests' request as a large double bed. A bathroom with shower and a small storage place is also available. Moreover, the visitor can relax in the large cozy living room with television set, chess and a selection of books.
The first floor has 2 private bedrooms; the master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra single bed. This room can either sleep 3 children or 2 adults. On the first floor there is the main spacious bathroom with the large bathtub, along with the separate laundry room that leads to the upper garden. Both rooms have a stunning sea view veranda.
Free wi-fi is provided all over the residence. Open parking space and sun beds are to visitors’ disposal.
