The cozy apartment, centrally located, is 100 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from Alghero Airport. The village of Sassari is nearby as are many gorgeous beaches. Amenities: 1 double bed & 1 sofa bed, kitchen, TV with DVD, terrace, small garden and courtyard. The price includes private parking, a private beach with sun umbrella and chaise lounge service, access to a private club house with a large pool located adjacent to the lovely beach. The village has a market, restaurants and bar with free wifi. This house is for rent for the first time; we are looking for serious people who are interested in authentic island life. It's an ideal place for families to relax and is child friendly. Located in the exclusive "Pischina Salida" village, directly on the sea, inside the Porto Conte natural and marine park, the accommodation has 3 beds, a small garden with a private terrace and courtyard. Ideal for lovers of the sea and unspoiled nature. Residents have free access to the private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds (first row reserved for families with children) at the clubhouse with restaurant / bar and pools on the sea, beach volleyball court and tennis courts. The house is equipped with a covered parking space and placed in the middle of the greenery, through the suggestive paths covered by arelle you can reach the private beach in just 3 minutes on foot. Safe place, not accessible to non-residents, with caretaker.

tanta tranquillità offerta dalla posizione e dal contesto in cui è situato l'appartamento, dotato quest'ultimo di tutti i comfort.
Ci ritorneremo.
il punto forte dell'appartamento (situato all'interno di uno splendido complesso residenziale) è la posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi in pochissimi minuti la spiaggia privata con mare cristallino e la piscina. Ottimo il posto auto coperto.
i punti deboli dell'appartamento sono: è carente di manutenzione e gli spazi bagno/cucinino molto ridotti.

Soggiorno piacevole
Appartamento carino e funzionale. C'era tutto il necessario e anche di più. Spiaggia bella e piscina pure. Peccato solo per il complesso residenziale in sé: le auto non dovrebbero poter circolare liberamente ( non è sicuro per chi ha bimbi piccoli) e gli spazi verdi dovrebbero essere più curati.

Cara Gloria innanzitutto mi fa molto piacere che vi siate trovati bene.
Per quanto riguarda gli spazi verdi purtroppo,come ti avevo anticipato, poco prima del vostro arrivo c'è stato un vero e proprio uragano che ha provocato molti danni in particolare alla vegetazione; sicuramente tutto verrà ripristinato per la prossima stagione. C'è anche da tenere in conto che essendo il villaggio in un parco naturale protetto spesso è meta di caprioli,cervi e Cinghiali che danneggiano un poco il verde.
Per le auto in realtà è consentito l'accesso solo alle ville da parte dei proprietari (per cui un numero limitatissimo di macchine), tutti i parcheggi del residence si trovano dietro le abitazioni e tutti i percorsi che portano al mare o all'ingresso principale sono dei camminatoi pedonali protetti da arelle dove i bambini possono andare a piedi,bici o monopattino. Come mamma comunque concordo con te che sarebbe meglio che non vi fossere neanche queste poche auto !
