South terrace with garden table / chairs, parasol, barbecue "Weber". Sea overview with the sound waves. Garage with washing machine and drying rack. Outdoor shower for the return of the beach. Enclosed garden of about 700m2 with a big tree in the middle for napping. Large private parking to residents in front of garden entrance
Private pedestrian access to residents leading directly to the beach. For baby, cot, high chair, WC adapter, potty.

We spent a great holiday in this house. There was nothing missing, the communication with Mrs Boixel was very good and she was always very friendly, supportive and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend this holiday home.

Fantastic property in great location

Loved our week here. A very short stroll to a lovely sandy beach. We visited a lovely nearby zoo/bioparc (1/2 hr) and fantastic castle (10 mins). Vannes, also close, is lovely city, amazing old buildings in the old town/ramparts. Lovely area. House was fab, spacious, everything we needed. It was great to have the outside space and garden for the children. Felt very safe on private road and very peaceful town.

This is a lovely property, modern, well appointed and well equipped. Wifi a bonus. Spacious private garden and adjoining garage for storage. Secure location with parking. Owner, nearby and very quick to respond. We had many lovely holidays in this location. Marcus and Triona. Ireland

Maison idéale pour vacances parfaites

La maison est idéalement située, et très bien équipée ! On entend le bruit des vagues depuis les transats installés dans le joli jardin, et pour aller les voir, il suffit de prendre le petit chemin qui vous y mène en 5 minutes. La plage de Trevenaste est familiale et calme, notre fils a fait un très chouette stage de voile à l'école toute proche du Roaliguen. La maison possède tout l'équipement pour un bébé, et est sécurisée (barrière d'escalier). L'électroménager est d'excellente qualité également ! Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants. Nous espérons revenir à Trevenaste bientôt, nous avons été enthousiasmés par nos vacances !

Deux semaines magnifiques

C'était la seconde fois que nous venions, ce qui vaut tous les commentaires. Deux supers semaines dans cette maison idéale pour un séjour en famille, qui plus est avec une belle météo. Déjà hâte de revenir.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines de vacances en Bretagne dans la location de Mme Boixel. La maison est idéalement placée, à quelques mètres de la plage, dans un endroit très calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Idéal pour les amateurs de plage, balades et... pêche à pied. La maison elle-même est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et idéale pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes. Enfin les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Ils nous ont proposé de rester une journée supplémentaire car il n'y avait pas d'autres locataires après nous, ce qui nous a fait grandement plaisir et permis de profiter encore un petit peu du soleil et de la mer avant de prendre le chemin du retour.

Sehr erholsam und idyllisch

Das Haus ist erst 10 Jahre alt, gut zu beschatten, -lüften, bzw. isoliert, und vor allem liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr schön und offen zum Essbereich. Es gibt zwei 1,40 Betten-Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer mit 2 einzelnen Betten, 2 Toiletten, ein Bad m Badewanne, eines mit Dusche. Der Strand ist nur über den Hof und durch einen schmalen Pfad erreichbar und wird vor allem nur von Franzosen benutzt. Es ist immer sehr ruhig. Man erlebt einen kinderfreundlichen flachen Strand zur Ebbe- u Flutzeit. In die eine Richtung ist der nächste Ort mit Hafen u Markt in 10 min zu Fuss am Meer entlang, in die andere Richtung die Segel u Surfschule in 10 min am Strand entlang zu erreichen. Dort ist ein bewachter Badestrand. Imbisse u Restaurants sowie Camping ebenso in der Nähe. Zum Shoppen u Bummeln gibt es mehrere Orte in der Nöhe, sowie die Cote sauvage, den Golf, die Salzwiesen u.v.m. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn man zu einer wilderen felsigen Bucht fahren möchte, ist Gildas z B in 8km zu erreichen. Auto unentbehrlich. Leider kein Welan...

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé 2 semaines vraiment très agréables. Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants en bas age. La maison est très moderne et propre et le quartier est très calme. La propriétaire est très disponible. Elle a été charmante avec nous et a acheté du matériel bébé spécialement pour nous. Le grand jardin fermé était vraiment super, juste devant la maison, bien plat avec un grand arbre au milieu. Nous avons déjeuné presque tous les jours dehors. De plus, la plage est à 2 minutes à pied, on peut difficilement faire plus proche. Nous recommandons grandement cet endroit.

Location idéale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans cette très jolie maison. Cette dernière est décorée de façon ravissante et équipée de façon plus que complète : rien ne manque ! Elle est de plus très adaptée pour des enfants : nos trois enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les multiples jeux mis à disposition. Le jardin est très agréable avec son grand arbre au milieu, ce qui permet d'avoir de l'ombre à tout à heure de la journée et est très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. Enfin quel bonheur d'apercevoir la mer depuis le jardin et d'avoir une telle proximité de la plage...En bref nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le chaleureux accueil de la propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute et a à coeur que les locataires se sentent bien !
