Notes
- Outdoor basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are located right across the street in City Park, and are free for all to use. There are also two water parks located right within City Park (steps from our condo). There is one that is perfect for younger children, and there is one that is great for older kids and adults. It's fabulous! Right in the water and so much fun. We have beach chair for your use during your stay, as well as some sporting equipment to take to the park (volleyball, basketball, soccer).

We have immensely enjoyed living in this property since completing an extensive renovation in this unique, 1960's five story building that sits right in the heart of downtown Kelowna on what we feel is the most prime real estate location in the area.
Owner purchased this Apartment in 2014
Why Owner chose Downtown Kelowna
We purchased this property 10 years ago, and only decided to move downtown after all of our children were grown, and left "the nest". We created our own "nest" by designing and renovating this property to suit our lifestyle of travel and freedom. Living downtown is the ultimate experience! We hope you agree.....
What makes this Apartment unique
Tucked away above the tree tops, and overlooking beautiful Okanagan Lake, this property is unique in that you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the downtown, and then retreat to your luxurious oasis, while life goes on outside. We have used luxury furnishings and decore throughout our 1300 square foot home. The building itself was built in the the 1960's and only has 18 other units in total, so it is very nice to have only a few units on each floor. We don't have typical amenities that large resorts have, however, we have the lake, beach, and park right outside our front lobby.....which makes makes for a pretty great place to live!
