Beautiful single storey villa with private pool, 4 km from the beach and the sea

The garden and pool enjoy sun all day and the villa is adjacent to a nature reserve (no neighbors at the back of the property) with beautiful views of the hills, the sea and the nature reserve itself.

The villa has an area of 110m² and contains 3 bedrooms with wardrobes (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and grill. Beautiful garden, private pool of 7 meters by 4. Perfect orientation of the garden and pool, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight all day long.

There is a barbecue in the garden. The lounge furniture is ideal for relaxing. The garden table and chairs invite you to a perfect lunch or dinner.
A charcoal BBQ is provided

The house has a parking space for 1 or 2 cars to be parked. The property also has a small wooden gazebo for the storage of recreational items, such as bicycles, beach equipment, etc., where you can also find a washing machine.

If you need help during your holiday or plan a trip with our help, let us know! There are unlimited options such as trips (or guided tours through us!) To the old town of Tarragona, fishing villages of Sant Carles de la Rapita or Ametlla del Mar, Tortosa cathedral, restaurant booking etc. You might even consider renting a boat to sail or sail along the beautiful coastline! (we can also organize this)

We are fluent and at your service in Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish.

The villa is not surrounded by mass tourism and is ideally (quietly) located between the sea (5min.) And nature, in particular in the urbanization "Tres Cales of Ametlla del Mar", located 5 minutes from the coastal town of Ametlla del Mar, 5 minutes from Ametlla del Mar train station, 30 minutes from Reus airport, 30 minutes from Salou, 30 minutes from Sant Carles de la Rapita.
And 40km from PortAventura and Ferrari land

Everyone can enjoy an excellent holiday in our accommodation: sun lovers on the beach or by the pool, discoverers of picturesque villages, sports enthusiasts or nature lovers (Delta Ebro nature reserve just 20 minutes away).

Ametlla del Mar is best known as a traditional fishing village and for the pleasant and affordable restaurants, the beautiful beaches, the different bays with both sandy and rocky beaches ... do not hesitate to discover the one of your preference!

There is the possibility to add a cot if desired

The villa Anna is a beautiful villa, located in a small quiet village with an amazing view into the nature behind the villa . Bart and his wife are great hosts - absolutly helpful and friendly. The next city, beach and harbor are just 5 minutes away by car. The accommodation and the area are for families but also for friendly groups absolutely recommendable.

Wat een fijne villa!

Wij hebben een supervakantie gehad in dit huis. Het huis had alles wat we maar enigszins nodig dachten te hebben. En ultra-schoon! Je kunt echt zien dat de eigenaren het huis met veel aandacht en liefde hebben ingericht om het de vakantieganger zo veel mogelijk naar de zin te maken. Omgeving ook zeer de moeite waard. Mooie stranden, leuke dorpjes. Vlak bij de villa ook nog een goed speelveld voor onze voetballende zoons, maar ook een speeltuintje, springkussen en een trampo (laatste tegen betaling) en als ouder kun je daar dan lekker een drankje nuttigen bij het restaurant. Ann en Bart, super bedankt voor de fijne week en jullie gastvrijheid!

Wasmachine. Zonnescherm. Televisie met 3 Nederlandse zenders en regionale zenders (tv Oost, tv Gelderland enz).Complete keuken met koelvries combinatie met 3 vrieslades. Combi magnetron. Very beautiful villa

This house was the cleanest ever! Nice swimmingpool, comfortable house. Safe, quiet. Beautiful area for visiting beaches, city's, Ebrodelta, swimming with tunas, mountains. Super vakantie!

Deze villa voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen , zelfs meer dan we verwacht hadden. Zeer proper, nieuw keuken met alle hedendaagse luxe,badkamer en interieur. Ook de gas bbq , het zwembad,de ruime tuin, tuinberging , parking en alle ruimte voorzien van airco waren top! In de nabije omgeving is een restaurantje , winkel, bakker en traiteur zaakje...ideaal gewoon. Ook de strandjes in de buurt waren zeer mooi en gezellig . We zijn met een verlengde transit bus (6m) op bezoek geweest en hebben geen parkeer problemen gehad , niet aan de villa , winkels of strand.De kers op de taart was de gastvrijheid van de eigenaars , dag en nacht stonden ze klaar! De vele vankantie tips die ik mocht ontvangen waren zeer handig om te weten. Niet te vergeten is de boottocht op zee waardat we een leuke babbel en drankje kregen en de kinderen konden snorkelen ....kort weg super vakantie!!!

Agréable villa & Accueil d'exceptions

Nous sommes arrivés un soir de 8 mai 2018 ,un peu en retard par rapport à l'heure prévu.Nous avons eu un contact très chaleureux par téléphone ainsi qu'une attention dévoué par Monsieur Bart Gobbens.Je m'explique par exemple : Le fait de venir nous chercher en voiture parce que nous nous étions perdus à quelques kilomètres de l'endroit où nous devions séjourner, l'attention de nous mettre des boissons au frais,café et nourritures dû à notre arrivée tardive et tout çà avec un grand sourire et un amabilité comme l'on en voit très peu. À notre arrivée ,une superbe villa ,très joliment décorée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, fonctionnelle , tout çà dans un endroit tres calme et paisible ,proche de criques,plages & montagnes ainsi que des endroits magnifiques à découvrir ou visiter, le tout pour passer de très bonnes vacances .
