Nestled in a private green space this carriage house, 2nd floor studio is located on a quiet cul-de-sac conveniently located near Emory and CDC. One block walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods & 9 great restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed + twin futon bed.

Two weeks minimum stay.

The Space
Our carriage house studio has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We have a full sized fridge and freezer to keep your food nice and cold.

The carriage house has a comfy queen size bed with brand new firm, but not too firm mattress. There is a futon couch that can sleep 1 more. There is a TV with Apple TV for Netflix, Hulu and Prime movies - you will need your own login information for these. We do not have cable TV in the carriage house.

The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels to wrap around you when you are done.

There is also a lower deck with chairs, table and umbrella so that you can enjoy the lush backyard.

Guest Access
We have both on and off street parking. Both are secure with minimal traffic. If you park in the driveway please use the space behind the white pickup truck. Use the gate to the right of the driveway to enter the backyard. The carriage house is in the back and your room is on the top floor. There is a private door code that we will provide upon booking your stay with us.

House Rules:
Rule #1: Make yourself at home and enjoy all that the carriage house and our neighborhood have to offer.

Rule #2: No pets. We have 2 friendly dogs who may enthusiastically bark a hello when you arrive but it is best for their safety that you do not bring your furry friends to visit.

Rule #3: Please no smoking or illegal drugs. But of course enjoy the complimentary red and white wine we have provided in your kitchen. We have no issues with enjoying a few cocktails too :)

Rule #4: Please notify us ahead of time of visitors. Let us know their name, when and how long they will be stopping by for. We do this for safety and insurance reasons. Thank you.

Rule #5: Ask us if there is anything else we can do to make your stay extra special. We want to make sure that all of your guests are happy and well taken care of.

We are available to give you advice on restaurants, activities and best routes to places in the city.

The Neighborhood
LaVista Park is an all inclusive, friendly neighborhood. We have 9 restaurants, a Starbucks and Whole Foods within a 1 block walk from the carriage house.

We are located within 5 minutes to Emory University / CDC and just a short 15 minute drive to Decatur, Virginia Highlands, Buckhead and Midtown.

Getting Around
We are a $5 -$6 Uber ride from Lindburgh Station train. The train goes to several neighborhoods in the city as well as the airport. There is a bus stop at the end of our road as another option. We also have on and off street parking if you rent a car.
