The secluded sun terrace features a covered dining terrace, BBQ and traditional oven, perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink in peace and quiet overlooking the magnificent coast. The villa boasts also a spacious covered veranda on the roof offering exceptional sea and coastal views. For those wishing to explore (4-7min drive) this unspoilt area you will find deserted beaches and various typical taverns all dotted along the this unspoilt coastline.

You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway found in 4-5min drive from your villa. The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo).

Our villa in the beautiful, tranquil and traditional village of Argaka offer a touch of rural heaven, and an idyllic setting from which to enjoy the famous Cypriot hospitality and magnificent sunsets. A charming church and small selection of local taverns are within easy reach, and the nearest secluded beaches are just a short drive away. The nearby resorts of Latchi and Polis offer a busier atmosphere filled with people and local amenities including cafes, shops and restaurants. At the small harbor in nearby Pomos you’ll also find traditional taverns scattered along the coastline.

The best thing about the villa was the view no picture could do it justice, it was breath-taking and such a treat to see in the morning and last thing at night.

The pool was a good size and very clean this was also positioned well to enjoy that view.

This side of the island is a real find having lived in Cyprus on two occasions in the past and having never visited. There are empty beaches great value places to eat, great places to explore and lots of things to do. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully stop in this lovely villa again
