Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. Two of the beds are small doubles, suited to one adult or two children. One of the single bedrooms will be locked during your stay. Although there is no air conditioning in the property, four small portable electric fans are available to help you keep cool during the summer. The studio at the end of the garden is not available to guests. Please note, the garden is within earshot of the railway line that runs behind, so you might hear trains with the windows open.
