A beautful Italian villa perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic, only 5 minutes walk to the sea., there is a lovely cove below the house which is perfect for a morning swim before breakfast.
This charming villa has stunnng views of the trabocchi coast and is only one kilometre from San Vito marina.
Within the outside space of the villa there is a large dining terrace with amazing sea views also a sun terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees.

A wonderful house with beautiful sea views. The area of San Vito Chietino has wonderful restaurants and offers a unique slice of Italian life and culture. I would highly recommend!

Amazing villa for a relaxing vacation!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was even better than before. The bathrooms have been remodeled -very modern and chic. However the villa retains all its historic charm. Great view, private location, comfortable outdoor seating, everything we needed. Short drive to town which is handy for gelato 2x /day! There is a bike/walking path along the coast that we didn't get to try but plan to next time. Easy to communicate with Rebecca. We can't wait to return!

Live like a local, walk to the sea!

The villa is so lovely and comfy, and the kitchen is filled with many extras. We (group of 5 from Pennsylvania USA) enjoyed cooking several meals here. The location was perfect for us, and the bike/walking rail-trail along the coastline is amazing! We walked to a bike rental place along the path, and rented two days, riding in opposite directions. The Marina town is an easy walk or quick drive, with many good cafes, bars, and restaurants serving yummy seafood. We also drove to some nearby villages including Rocco San Giovanni. Rebecca is a terrific host, answering our questions quickly and helpfully! Don't hesitate to book the Turquoise Villa if you are thinking of staying along the beautiful Trabocchi coast

Casina fuori dal tempo

Una casina bella e suggestiva su una parte di costa abruzzese davvero speciale. Molto adatta a gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose; occorre l'automobile per potersi spostare agevolmente, anche se una deliziosa caletta si trova a poco più di cinque minuti a piedi. La proprietaria sempre molto gentile e sollecita.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here with 6 persons for 8 days in July 2020. Due to Covid we couldn't do all the things we intended to do, but this house is very, very nice to stay in. It's big, has everything and the view is very nice well. The village where it belongs to is nice and we prefer a surrounding with a coast like this much more as the northern part of Pescara which seems to have only beach and sunbeds. So, choosing for this place and especially this house is a thing we didn't regret any second. The only thing what would be an improvement, is to arrange Wi-Fi (we are a family with 4 kids). Communication with Rebecca was very nice and friendly, thanks for that!

casa molto spaziosa ottima per grandi compagnie, ampie camere adatte a più famiglie o gruppi di amici (come siamo stati noi). Ampia terrazza per mangiare vista mare, cucina molto spaziosa con due frigoriferi per cucinare per e con più persone, cucina ed elettrodoestici nuovi e ben funzionati. l'accesso al mare si ha attraverso la SS16 , uscita dal parcheggio (privato) un po' difficoltosa per mancanza di specchio sulla strada .

A Great Spot On The Italian Adriatic!

The Turquoise Vila was a great spot for us. It was spacious, well equipped and had great decks and outdoor areas to relax on and enjoy the view of the Sea. It is well located and is close to many of the sights and amenities in the area including some great seafood restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and Rebecca, the host, was very accommodating, communicative and and easy to deal with. Too marks.

Piacevole soggiorno nella Villa Turchese

Appena arrivati, ci siamo trovati molto bene: La casa è grande, luminosa, pulita e situata al bordo di un boschetto che le dà ombra tutto il giorno di modo che si riesce trascorrere anche una giornata intera sul terrazzino senza soffrire troppo il caldo. La posizione della casa è anche molto confortevole per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti a piedi, cosa molto commoda se si ha tempo solo un attimo per tuffarsi in acqua. La zona è bellissima e fare la spesa nei negozi e fruttivendoli del posto è favoloso. Posso raccomandare una vacanza in famiglia o anche per due famiglie con tutto il cuore.

Thank you for the excellent review and for your feedback on the entrance ! We did not know the entrance had overgrown so much since our last visit 6 weeks before ! We have now had a lot of the trees and vegetation cut down so it is a lot easier for guests to find . We are working very hard to make this villa an amazing place for guests to relax and enjoy the amazing trabocchi coast. Hope you visit us again in the future ! Regards Rebecca
