About this property

Our change over days are Monday and Friday.
For Christmas and new year bookings please contact us first.
Originally built as a stable these barns have real character with there wide doors and arched windows. As with all the barns these barns were named after the farm workers employed on the farm. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.
The kitchens are both fully equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.
Both barns have a separate living area with 50" TVs and DVD with surround sound, Platford barn also has a log burner.
Both barns have downstairs toilets.
Hammond barn
Upstairs - 1 King size bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 King size bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath. Each bedroom has a TV.
Platford barn
Upstairs - 1 King size bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 Triple bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath. Each bedroom has a TV.
Both barns enjoy a private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ in courtyard.
This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use and has steps to and from the garden area.

Manor Barns Holt

Beautiful property, near to Sandringham, Cromer. Holt is a lovely town. Everything you need for self catering is in the property, Everywhere is spotlessly clean, rooms beautiful. Would definitely stay here again .

The farm land and buildings were originally purchased by us in 1950 and was run by my father and myself as an arable farm. The farm buildings were in daily use until 2014. Most of the adjoining farm land was sold in 2015 to finance the restoration of these beautiful listed barns.

Providing spacious, luxurious and comfortable holiday properties, whilst retaining the original features and character of traditional brick and flint Norfolk farm buildings, from which you can enjoy and explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside.
Manor Farm Holiday Barns is a complex of six barns situated around a central courtyard, which has been re-designed to offer each property their own private garden/patio area. Nestled in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside of Lower Bodham, just 3 miles between the ever popular town of Holt and the beautiful town and beaches of Sheringham.
