Originally built as a stable, Hammond Barn has real character with its wide doors and arched windows. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.
Hammond Barn sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms; 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 king size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished with all necessary bedding and towels provided*. Each has a 32″ flat screen TV and hairdryer. Hammond Barn also has a family bathroom with shower over bath.
For larger groups, Hammond Barn has a sound-proofed adjoining door through to Platford Barn allowing up to 11 guests to stay together. The garden and patio areas of Hammond and Platford Barns may also be linked together.
Hammond Barn has a stunning kitchen with granite work surfaces and a butler sink. The kitchen is superbly equipped to make catering for your group whilst on holiday easy and stress free including an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A Bluetooth DAB FM radio with CD player and iPod dock is also provided in the kitchen area. Hammond Barn has full laundry facilities with a washer dryer, ironing board and iron.
The spacious living area provides a comfortable communal space for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day exploring North Norfolk. 2 plush sofas and a snuggler await with a 50″ flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound.
Hammond Barn features underfloor heating throughout the downstairs with radiators in every room upstairs ensuring a comfortable temperature in the cooler months.

This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use as all bedrooms are on the first floor, there are steps to and from the garden.
