A beautiful and cozy, fully air conditioned, 41st floor apartment in an upscale condominium situated in the heart of Johor Bahru and overlooking Singapore.
A new condominium with two nice swimming pools two large fully equipped gyms, sauna facilities and more. The apartment is complete with washing / dryer machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Coffee and tea making facilities are available and bathroom amenities are provided.
This is a 1050 sq ft, two bedroom apartment and is very comfortable and quiet.
It had been very nicely renovated to provide a pleasant ambiance to offer peace and relaxation.
There are various different lighting choices to suit your ambience requirement.
You will find both the king and queen sized beds and linen are high quality and make for a good nights sleep.
High speed fibre internet, Netflix and cable TV are all provided free of charge.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, you just need to bring the food along.
There is a built in hot water system and hot water is available at the flick of a switch.
You will be greeted by the hosts with welcome drinks and snacks upon your arrival and all the facilities will be explain whilst you relax after your journey.
