The apartment and the beach have disabled access (lift to the beach). The fishermen's beach is a 7 minute walk away, close to all shops, restaurants, bars

There are patrolled patrols throughout the summer on the beach and you can hire lounge chairs with umbrellas for a daily charge. the beaches also offers all water sports very fun for the whole family. On the outskirts is one of the largest water parks called the Aqua show which has daily acrobatic aqua shows and is open from March to October 7 days a week. Along the seafront of Albufeira are many restaurants and bars which offer excellent food and fresh drinks all year round.

Faro airport 30 km away, also has parking, but it is not allocated to the apartment. Wifi possibility at the restaurant bar of the residence. For leisure, Discos, Aqualand Diving, Zoomarrine, Aventura park, quad adventure, zoo lagos at 50Km. and Algarve shopping 12 minutes away. 30 km small town Alte very touristy and very nice to visit. short walk in nature waterfall and swimming in the river
