We absolutely loved the house! Everything was clean and useful. There was plenty of space for everyone staying and it wasn’t crowded. We enjoyed the front and back decks, as well as the pool area and grill. The views were stunning and we were able to spot some wildlife in the marsh. The best part was the easy, quick walk to the beach with our little ones. We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Beautiful place! The owners were especially nice to deal with. Any questions we had regarding the place prior to arrival were answered almost instantly. We had an issue with a clogged tub and notified the owners. Within 45 minutes, the handyman was there and had it fixed! The only thing we noticed (and this is very trivial) is that we were always short on forks, which we remedied by buying plastic! We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Purple Porpoise! The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean & well maintained. Our little family gathering was wonderful and relaxing here. The views from the double decks were amazing!! We had a choice between the ocean views in the front, and the vast marsh views from the back! Having the use of the heated pool was also very convenient & enjoyable! Could not have enjoyed our stay more! Thanks Monica, we hope to make it back down here again soon!Carolyn and Bill

Everything was clean, layout was great for our "Girls" trip, plenty of beds. Lots of stairs, we got our steps in! Only thing bad was the pool did not have a pole skimmer net (had the pole, no net) to clean the pollen out of the pool.Views are fantastic!

Perfect location

The property was exactly as described and was spotless! We loved the location, which provided fabulous views of both the ocean and marsh. The beach access was right across the street and the beach was gorgeous. We really appreciated the owners allowing us to check in early.
