Charming 4 Bedroom 3-1/2 Bathroom cottage style home. Across the road from Jones Creek driving range, only 3 miles from River Island and 6miles from Champions Retreat! Enjoy two master bedroom suites. One with King size bed. Other master suite with King bed and both have private bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Other two rooms have Queen size beds. Each bedroom has television with cable. WiFi available. Gas range stove, stainless steal appliances, most comfortable living room that seats 10 people comfortably. Green egg and Rec Tec grills. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants and shops in one of the most affluent areas near Augusta, GA. and only minutes to the Masters!

Masters Trips

I booked this property for a Masters trip with my 2 sons. We were very pleased with the property- it was very spacious for the 3 of us, clean, and convenient to the course. Would definitely book it again.

Visiting for Master's event

Very nice house for four golfers to stay in for the Master's. Well equipped, nicely furnished suburban house. Outside patio with TV was great for hanging out in the evening. Less than 20 minutes to the course and plenty of eating options within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Masters Visit

This was our second stay at this property. It was wonderful. A quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious accommodations. We had some initial issues activating the TV (Hulu TV service ) but a quick call to Sherry immediately solved the problem. We would definitely stay again.

The property was "ok". We did however see cockroaches in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. The host did not see that the value was significantly less, in our opinion. Sleeping, knowing there were these large bugs running around definately spoiled the stay. Guest, Jackie Fitzer

Our home is professionally maintained and receives routine pest control service, with documentation available. As is common in the Southeast, occasional outdoor insects such as palmetto bugs can appear, particularly during warmer months, even in well-maintained homes. That said, we take any concerns seriously and would have addressed this immediately had we been notified during your stay. You emailed me stating that you really enjoyed our home and everything was great. You only messaged the day prior to leaving asking for compensation for seeing ONE bug in the bathroom. These Palmetto bugs can fly in when going in and out of the house if the doors are left open. We are proud of our history of positive guest experiences, especially during Masters week, and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home. We appreciate all feedback and continuously work to ensure a great stay for every guest. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The ONE bug coming in the house when we have routine pest control is completely out of our control.

Great Masters House

We hosted a group of 8 for a day at the Masters. We used this property for 4 customers to spend the night, but entertained 8 of us for dinner the night before. The house was really clean and the well equipped kitchen allowed us to make dinner for everyone . The dining and entertainment spaces were large enough for 10 people, so our group of 8 were really comfortable. There is a nice outside area too, but the rain kept us inside. Everyone enjoyed the house and those that spent the night had clean rooms, towels and everything they could need. Great job!

Wonderful Augusta Home

We came to Augusta to attend the Monday practice round at the Masters. We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore. This is a lovely home and the owner was very easy to work with. The location was perfect and we will definitely rent this house again next time we are there.

Terrific place to stay!

Owner very nice to work with, very easy place to find, great location in nice neighborhood, easy access to and from highways, close to local attractions...very quiet, very clean, owner very prompt with communications and information. We will be back! Thank you...! (Was thinking I should give a bad review so that people won't be fighting over who can stay there next time, but I wouldn't do that!! Really great place!)
