Gite bien équipé et bien placé à quelques kilomètres de Bouillante

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits sur Grande-Terre (au Moule) puis 6 nuits sur Basse-Terre (près de Bouillante). Précisons que nous étions 3 adultes et que l'appartement aurait pu accueillir 1 personne de plus sans aucun problème (2 grandes chambres dont une avec un lit de bébé, S de B avec douche, WC séparés, S à manger avec petit coin cuisine, une terrasse avec vue sur la mer où il est possible de prendre les repas). L'accueil de la propriétaire a été sympathique et chaleureux : ti-punch de bienvenue et 1er petit déjeuner fourni... Une bouilloire "toute neuve" tombée en panne le 2ème jour a été immédiatement remplacée. On accède à l'appartement par une route montante un peu étroite mais à laquelle on s'habitue. Le parking un peu "juste" demande aux différents locataires d'organiser le stationnement en fonction de l'ordre des départs prévus le lendemain (ce qui n'a pas été compliqué, chacun se montrant compréhensif). Les 2 chambres doivent être aérées en fin de journée pour chasser des odeurs dont nous n'avons pas pu identifier la provenance mais qui disparaissent assez rapidement. En résumé, cette location est plutôt bien placée pour partir à la découverte de Basse-Terre ; l'équipement est globalement suffisant et nous y avons passé un bon séjour. La propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin mais ne s'est jamais montrée envahissante.

Seul point positif : la vue mer

Les appartements ne sont pas terminés donc des travaux toute la semaine et meme le week-end,la propriétaire tres invasive et l'appartement ne correspondait pas à la photo (10 m2 en moins); reflux d'égouts par la salle de bain tous les jours; parking trop petits pour tous les locataires; isolation phonique et thermique inexistantes....bref la grosse arnaque du siécle pour un prix exorbitant
