Check in time was at 4:00 pm, our room was not ready until 430 pm. Upon arrival, we found the ceiling fan didn’t work and the lights inside the refrigerator were flashing. The refrigerator had a hard time cooling down until 36 hours after we were there and we had to keep switching our refrigerated items to the freezer and back to keep them cool. We did call to report the refrigerator and fan issue and were told to give it 24 hours for the refrigerator as this is normal. The first night we were there we woke up at 3:00 am to find the master bathroom flooded, we used our towels to clean up the mess and got up the next morning to the floor flooded again. We found that the toilet tank was leaking. We then spent the morning trying to get ahold of someone to report it to, after about an hour we finally got through and maintenance came later that afternoon and fixed it. The same afternoon after the toilet leak was fixed we again had to clean up the mess with our towels, now half of our towels had been used to clean up the mess. We went to wash the towels only to find out the washing machine in the unit was broken. We called back and reported it and again maintenance was sent out later that evening to check the ceiling fan, refrigerator, and the washing machine. We received a text stating the refrigerator was working as it should (it did finally cool down after about 36 hours), the ceiling fan motor was not working and would need replaced by the owner, and the washing machine would not wash and most likely would not be fixed before our stay was over. We responded back that this was not acceptable as we had a potty training 2 year old with us and we NEEDED a working washing machine and advised that we had used our towels to clean up the flooded bathroom twice and asked what are we supposed to do for clean towels? We also asked how we were going to be compensated for this as we booked the condo expecting the promised amenities, but to date, we have not received a response back. The first two days of our stay were spent dealing with these issues that were not resolved or responded back to and we were very disappointed. The location of the resort, parking garage, check in, security, pools, and cleanliness were all good and we did have a great view from our room.
